The Commanders are half decent at defending the run...and they're good at defending the pass. So, as we've seen before, the Commi's will be selling out to stop our run and defend the pass with their pass rush. That's usually been enough to take care of us. Their strong defensive front will be difficult for us to wade through...and I'm concerned about our pass protection. - 'We don't need no stinking 4 yard runs. Their bigger problem is their offensive line, in pass protection.... and wr group. Heineke isn't going to start, but neither qb has been really successful. Orion Posted December 31, 2022 Author Report Share Posted December 31, 2022 With 2 games left and no playoffs, what do ya do? Chubb's got over 1300 yards rushing. Play D'E, Hunt, Ford?? Myles has been battling a shoulder or arm thing. Sit him next to Chubb?? I mean, our current plan has to be for them to be on the field and playing for a game in February of '24...right? We have to keep Watson and his receivers together and in the games as they're only just getting acquainted.
