But the kick returner Grant, once again got broken in the preseason and is gone...(get well)...which may have saved Watkins a roster spot. We couldn't run the ball. And we fumbled it away again...and again. Felton was ineffective carrying the ball. Will we sign a RB after cuts? The D gave up a lot of yards. They couldn't get off the field on some 3rd and longs. but they caught the ball pretty well and ran with it nicely. ...and York again was....York. Watson and Chubb have not exchanged a handoff in a game yet this season. Hopefully they can do it better than Watson and Wilkins today. gumby73 Posted August 27, 2023 Report Share Posted August 27, 2023 Ford got thru camp in Greenbriar.. On Day 11, 1st day back in Cleveland Ford limped off on 8-8-23.. Jakeem Grant per Rapsheet has a serious Patella injury. Grant has a MRI today to see if patella is tore.. not looking good that Grant plays this season.
