You also won't agree with this but I didn't start the "generations" thing on here. There was a young guy here posting against the views of some older, conservative posters (remember Cal posting a fake surgeon that said something about Obama death panels? that was quickly pointed out as false). Obviously that wasn't appreciated and the only thing they had to fall back on was "you're young" 

After enough of that I've just been calling you all old. 

That's the order of events that went down. 

 

 

(Not to mention early signs of dementia and other declines from old age are seen pretty apparently in a few posters on here...)

I'm 43 now with 4 kids and I remember quite clearly being 22 with 0 kids and how much more willing I was to vote in ways that were going to cost myself and everyone else a shit ton of money back then. Why not? I didn't have any money so what did I care if I voted to spend what I considered at the time monopoly money. It's the same reason they aim college loans at kids that age. They don't know any better and you can't tell them shit.

Who cares about early dementia? You voted for Joe Biden. But number one you insist on being stubborn in that every one of us changes and grows as years go by. When I was in late high school and early college I thought socialism would be just dandy everybody equal blah blah blah. How ridiculous is that? And for the record if you're just talking about mental acuity I would put up Newt Gingrich versus AOC and a debate anytime. Or Donald Trump versus Joe biden. But you might admit that it's good when talking about going to war and some unwinnable shit hole somebody that remembers Vietnam would have a better grasp than somebody who doesn't. Not that we are talking about war here, but we're talking about socialism which I bet as much more popular among the Young.

Steve, if you've ever taken a memory test, you'd know there's a sliding scale based on how old the person is to measure age related cognitive decline. 😉 Alzheimer's and dementia are pretty much age related.
