Yes they do, but a question does remain semicolon how far back in history are we expected to go? That's not a value judgment but it's a real question. Just discussion fodder. Pre-roman? Maybe the most Salient would be before or after the 6-day war? Then again there will always be problems when some outside organization decides on the boundaries of other people's land. I guess.
