This is a pretty fucked up ruling governor. I'm not a fan of the guy in the first place but there are actually reasons we restrict minors from doing crazy shit. They definitely need to address the boys vs girls athletic issue- carve that out in the very least. The other strange thing is he wants to leave these "difficult decisions" to the family/families, yet he's all over abortion bans.
