Another L for the election deniers.

Supreme Court won’t review sanctions against pro-Trump lawyers who filed frivolous 2020 election suits | CNN Politics

The Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to revisit sanctions levied against two pro-Trump attorneys who filed frivolous lawsuits challenging the outcome of the 2020 election in Michigan.

Sidney Powell and Lin Wood filed separate appeals asking the justices to review sanctions imposed by a US district court in 2021. Though their cases involved several technical arguments, both claimed sanctions would make it less likely for lawyers to take “unpopular” cases to court.

The Supreme Court denied both appeals without offering any comment on the case.

https://www.cnn.com/2023/02/23/politics/sidney-powell-disciplinary-action-tossed/index.html

A Texas judge on Thursday dismissed the petition brought by State Bar of Texas’ Commission for Lawyer Discipline alleging that attorney Sidney Powell had violated legal ethics rules with her work on former President Donald Trump’s 2020 election reversal gambits.

CNN sounds bitter as they try to lead readers into what to think about the decision lol.

As CNN previously reported, those who have sought disciplinary responses for Trump’s legal allies say the post-election conduct crossed ethical lines into the realm of professional misconduct – and that the tactics were well outside the normal bounds of legal challenges to election procedures. - cnn

But she was cleared and vindicated on all charges, go figure cnn.

Should have read: Powell fully vindicated after Bidens presidency over extended it's powers to politically prosecute and persecute any opposition, using the corrupt justice system to punish Trump supporters by any means necessary. Wasting taxpayers time and money all the while dodging the truth.
