Here's a little trivia tidbit to amaze your friends...

The ballpark was actually going to be named something like Society FIeld, because the local bank headquartered in Cleveland was going to purchase the naming rights. They ended up getting bought out themselves, so then Indians owner Dick Jacobs decided to put his name on the ballpark. 

And the Gs just finished winning the series in Seattle, winning 8-0.

Love the hometown beat down for the twinks opener. Cool day- 50ish, Clase looked sharp, base running stumbles, two runners thrown out at home.. but all in all a great win!

Helluva way to start the season...

Sucks about Bieber though, he was fantastic in his first two starts, pitching at his Cy Young level again. 

I just hope that starting rotation injuries don't torpedo the Gs season again.
