He is guilty AF for those, but making them a felony is where it gets more interesting. In order for them to be a felony the DA has to show falsifying the records were used to cover up another crime. They don't have to charge him with the other crime, just show how the records were used to try hide another crime. Cheetos has already violated the gag order multiple times, curious when that will come up in court.
