dawgpound3
He is finding his footing in cleveland so to speak, and when you are a coach, it is the hardest thing to do. Especially when you don't have the media on your side. That's one. Also, when you trade away your star players, it is really hard to deal with coaching in your first year. So give him time. Remember Ted Marchibroda. Went 1-4, then finished 10-4. It can happen.
Gips
Its not like we have a choice but i agree...mangini has a tall order to fill and very few ingredients to work with..we wont know if he is fruitful or a fruitcake for quite a while.. Mr. T
Savage and RAC did a big screw job over the past 5 years to this team, at some point you stop gambling on players and go out and draft real play makers. No more trading away draft picks for patrick Beau Bells.
spisatus
Still not sure what to think of Managini, but I have no other option but to let it ride. We haven't put a real football team on the field in a while and we needed (and still need) to get rid of the "Non-football" players. Even if we do trade Cribbs (I hope not) the problem will continue to be, can Managini draft well? Maybe someone else can answer that question from what they have seen with the Jets.
