Greythan Posted November 11, 2008 Report Share Posted November 11, 2008 Boy, has it been nice to have depth. We've yet to field our starting five this year. Yes, our running game remains suspect but I think that's a combination of our inability to move to a 2 back look. After watching poor Jamal struggle against Denver when in space against one guy, its clear to me that we'll remain one dimensional in the running game if we try to get him 25 carries. Teams can simply load up in between the tackles and our running game is toast. That said, our two backup guards have performed light years ahead of guys we had on the bench in previous years.
