KICKING Rank: 10 20% Touchbacks 20.4 Return Against Avg. PUNTING Rank: 17 43.8 Avg. 38.7 Net Avg. 14 inside the 20 FIELD GOALS Rank: 9 Longest 54 yd. 100% PATs KICK RETURNS Rank: 13 24.0 Avg. INDIVIDUAL KR Josh Cribbs Rank: 14 Deceptive stat! At least six returners ranked higher had less than four returns. Cribbs has 23. Avg. 27.7 Highlight: 92yd TD PUNT RETURNS Avg. 9.2, Long 32 Only 2 Fair Catches! INDIVIDUAL PR Josh Cribbs Rank: 35 VERY deceptive stat! Steptoe is actually ranked higher with only 2 returns! Along with about ten others. Only four returners in the top 35 (including Cribbs) have returned 20 or more punts. Avg. 9 yards SPECIAL TEAMS TACKLES No readily available stats. I've also wondered forever why you can't get a list of starters on each special team. Instead, you have to try to decipher during the game each individual which is hard on TV. At the games, I've actually kept a notepad and wrote down the starters in order.......usually very drunkenly. Now that's a freakin geek for ya.
