Guest ATENEARS Posted October 27, 2008 Report Share Posted October 27, 2008 TAILGATE NEWS: (as displayed on The Tailgate Page) Monday Oct. 27th UPDATE: We will finally get back to our regular Tailgate Time this Sunday (Nov. 2nd) for the 1:00pm Kick-off against the Baltimore Ratbirds. The Tailgate Party will begin between 8:30-9:00am. See the tailgate link above for map and directions. Tuesday Oct. 7th UPDATE: For those wanting to hook-up with us to tailgate prior to the Oct. 13th Monday Night Game (vs Giants), we will be tipping a few in the new lot, but walking next door and eating at the Flat Iron Cafe' prior to the game (Note: we will not have grills on-hand at this party). We will then move our vehicles to a secured lot directly up the street. For those that walk down or come in by RTA train, the Flat Iron Cafe' provides a shuttle (bus) to the stadium for your convenience, or the RTA Train, walking or bar-hopping your way there are also an option. Most will not be gathering in lot until approx. 5:00Pm. Monday Oct. 6th UPDATE: We will resume with our regular tailgate parties starting at 9:00am Sunday Nov. 2nd (Ravens game) with a few changes; Mainly, we will continue to tailgate in the new lot (we love the new lot!), but move our vehicles after the party (prior to the game), to a lot that is patrolled and secured during the game. Monday Sept. 8th NOTICE: On Sunday September 7th, several of our vehicles sustained vandalism from a break-in and theft, while we attended the game. We had just re-located to a new parking lot for this 2008 Home Opener against the Cowboys, because our original lot has become a large construction project site and no longer exist. Our next planned party on Sept. 14th (Steelers Game) has been Cancelled in order for us to take time to re-evaluate the safety of our new parking lot.
