Pumpkin Eater
Orlando is going to have a hard freeze for the second straight year tonight, and it's supposed to dip below freezing for most of the next week. a lot of the vegetation people got away with during the modern warm period is going to die with continued hard freezes every year. Many people were planting palm trees that really can only grow in South Florida where it doesn't freeze.
calfoxwc
I tell you, over Christmas in Dallas, for the first time in 80 years, they had a blizzard. My father-in-law decided it was our fault. We've never driven down there before in all these years. LOL.

calfoxwc
Well, that is what a friend heard on tv... but my father-in-law has lived down there for 35 years, and he has never seen it before. The major snow and wind, that is. They've had ice storms in the recent past...
