What kind of piece do you have in mind?

Although I don't live in Cincinnati, I work there - at night no less - so I figured having a compact 9mm for the glovebox would be prudent. So far I've looked at a Taurus G2C and a Ruger EC95; both are less than $250 before taxes and fees. Trying to keep my price point below $400, but people late to the party can't choose which music they dance to, I suppose. I'm open to suggestions if you have them.

I know this thread is quite old, but with all the insanity going on in our country right now, I thought i'd bring this one back for, hopefully, a good conversation.

What do you all think? Has the situation in our country gotten to the point where we should at least consider doing an end-around Congress to bring about an Article V Convention in order to craft some amendments to help address government overreach?

If so, what amendments would you all propose be considered?

Cube, that sounds like most Browns fans this time of year.. Most get mad at me when I tell them the Browns will be lucky to win 6 games this year.. In Stephany I DO NOT TRUST!

It's not that I don't trust Kevin Stefanski; he seems like a good HC prospect. But new coaches need time to both gel with their players and to get them used to their playbook, and with minicamps and training camp being cancelled or modified due to the 'rona, I think Stefanski doesn't have the best situation to maximize his potential this year. I don't think it's going to be as bad as a 6 win or less season this year like you suggest, but 7-9 to 9-7 record is more likely. Might get in to the playoffs via wildcard with that record, but I think that the Ravens are probably going to win the division this year due to being the more established team.

  4. I'm not going to hold it against Clowney for chasing his big payday; most people would do the same in his case. But idk if many teams are willing to meet his price point.

I haven't seen him mentioned on here yet, but maybe the Browns could pick up Yannick Ngakoue from the Jags, if the trade price is right.

    Indeed it is.

Can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not, but I'll bite. You do not have the right to do those things you mentioned above. First Amendment protects the right to peacefully assemble, not rioting or looting. I think these people who are looting, and rioting while larping as some sort of revolutionaries are soon to discover the 2nd Amendment once they try to rob and burn the houses and businesses of the wrong people.

  6. Only if both sides of the political and ideological isles continue to be hyper-partisan and refuse to find common ground to work together. This board is representative of America at large: much as people on here seem to group together and take sides based on whether they're Conservative/Republican/Pro-Trump/Right etc or whether Liberal/Democrat/Pro-Bernie or Biden/Left etc, the same goes for America as a whole.

Just, for a moment, try to detach yourselves from your political views and stop to look at the state of this board. What do you see? I see nothing but flame-baiting and trolling from both sides here; I'm as guilty as anyone else here of doing so. But, in the end, if we continue as we are now, what will we accomplish? Who's minds on here will we have changed by continuing to be at each other's throats? Same goes for America at large. The political dichotomy of this country is being driven by the minority of hyperpartisans in both the Conservative and Liberal movements. Everyone is so caught up in trying to win a moral or ideological victory over one another, that we have stopped talking to one another and trying to seek common ground with each other. And once you get to a point to where everyone refuses to talk to each other, that is when violence starts.

George Floyd also was a drug user and part of the Porn industry and the libs are making a martyr out of him...

"The document states he tested positive on April 3.

"Since PCR positivity for 2019-nCoV RNA can persist for weeks after the onset and resolution of clinical disease, the autopsy result most likely reflects asymptomatic but persistent PCR positivity from previous infection," the report reads.

People are making a "martyr" out of him because a police officer had his knee on the man's neck for so long that it ended up killing him.

"But this Socialist Tyranny is the very thing my family fled from in Europe 60 some years ago They should hang Pelosi,Chucky and Joe the child molester without any trial whatsoever.. publicly hang them and make them an example.. Throw in George Soros and his Thug Antifa underlings in too..."

I'm sure that calling for extrajudicial killings without due process were also a form of tyranny that your family fled from as well.

    1. Police officers shouldn't perform extrajudicial killings of detained suspects of crimes.
    2. People shouldn't riot and loot as a response to said killing.
    3. The race of people shouldn't factor into #1 and #2.
    4. This shit isn't that hard to figure out.
