I heard Bob Golic on the radio mention that John Dorsey likes him and has reached out to him. Tre Boston too. Could be insurance? Or payday favor?

I’ve been checking xm radio receivers and notice they have one with pause and rewind functions much like a TiVo setup. You can get both home and away radio broadcasts of all nfl games. Having that should make it pretty simple to sync the two up.

You’re so right. Radio runs ahead of tv and there’s no way to speed up the tv signal. I have seen some TiVo like devices for radio. I’ve never played with one but that would be the way to Retard the radio signal to match up with the tv picture. I’ll let you know as I find out more. Seems like a good little foul weather project

The fact that they clawed their way to a tie for a WC spot is pretty incredible. They were 11 or 12 out in June and wrote off. They made for an exciting season and made it close. Sorry for being a optimist and a fan. They did FUCKING GREAT!!

Pretty amazing when you look at the pitching injuries. 94 wins is a good season. They didn’t “choke” at all. Most considered them out of it in June. So how’s it a choke?

I mentioned before that the biggest thing Dorsey was doing for the team was getting us some depth. Year in, year out we have decent enough starters until one or two frigging injuries happen. And then we’re toast. Now we lose the whole defensive backfield and don’t skip a beat. Depth! Gotta love it
