Davis was a great coach. Unfortunately he was a horrible GM. Pettine had potential but he was hired to be haslams puppet Williams took a horribly inept system and turned it around in a matter of two weeks and had the team playing winning football. Of those three, Williams was the best. The rest? hmmmmm..... they sucked.

We won! Great! We may have gotten out coached again but at least we had a norwood going for us that gave us a win

Yep, we’ve watched this team go from horrible to pretty good and back to horrible in just about one years time. The only real difference has been in coaching. We’re not in rebuild mode and a good coach doesn’t need a learning curve.

Last year Freddy and Baker got to spend a whole lotta time together one on one working on the offensive side of things. That’s pretty much gone away with Freddy taking care of coaching, offense, defense, special teams as well as the media daily. Just too much too fast.
