  1. Prime example of the kind of statement that gets one "me-tooed"...
  2. I'd love one, Gum... Will complement my "London Broil" tee from a few years ago... Few? Only was a 2017, but feels a lot longer ago...
  3. Not a regular follower, but decent article there.... thanks.
  4. Or swan diving... I'd almost forgotten that one...
  5. So-so, O.... Working on a plan B... Likely a clinical trial. Electro magnetic therapy was ineffective.
  6. You are talking about Baker here? Just checking... Hard to imagine two more disperate routes to the QB dust bin. Only common thread, I see... under 6' tall.
  7. Sure... It's called showcasing. We can only hope... Thinking there are two mini's... one mandatory one not.
  8. Interesting position rotation... could be our blocking TE early, then see if grows into RT role.
  9. Dawson Deaton Draft and Combine Prospect Profile | NFL.com Decent numbers... Link has discussion and some video...
  10. Round 4: No. 131 – Tylan Wallace, WR, Oklahoma State Serious upgrade over one-trick-pony Brown In opinion of most talking heads.
  11. Make them only available with Tesla purchase....
  12. Terrific? TBD, cal... No one thinks he's ready now and competition level is a serious question in my mind. We know what DW can do on a pro field. Rinse wash and repeat much? Or we can accept the error and let Berry learn in his job and maybe grow in it. On balance I think Berry has done well. DW? Controversial, iffy, move, but we are never going anywhere without a franchise QB. And as another replied above, who else was out there that we could tab?
  13. So who improved? Did nothing? Declined? Consider trades as well as picks. I see the Ravens as winning this draft. Big WR upgrade.. TEs... and of course a couple Defenders with stud potential at every level. Steelers.... although I think the Pickett selection is a natural for them and thought that was where they'd go, it feels old now. As if trying to go Big Ben 2.0 when they been trying to get more dynamic for a couple years now. I see it as a wash... treading water... All the moreso with Tomlin ging on all week about wanting a mobile QB... Pickett is not statue, but.... Bengals.... not sure here.... Loaded up on DBs an area of need to be sure, but could simply be a bunch of back ups.
  14. No sure things, but the LSU kid is low risk. Also pretty sure neither you mentioned kicked in Nat Champ game...
  15. I want to say the Dobbs signing just confirmed my suspicion of turning to the RPO. Not that the talent falloff is minor, but now our QB room looks like it could merge with the RBs. Agree on QB (you are always looking for your next one it's just aa, it's just a matter of how hard and price willing to pay.)and I think UC's Ridder fills the bill there. Dobbs comes with the waft of Camp fodder attached. Now question is who to tab late as scatback possession WR? There's a Mountain West kid (Montana maybe?) who had some early buzz, but I forget his name.

  18. I must be the first newbie with over 32,000 posts... Had log in issues...
  19. Never really did get up to speed this go-'round, but.... FWIW... Still lusting after my penetrating DT... but top dog is a faded thought at this point. There are however a couple R2/3 prospects that have gotten late attention (UConn kid). Pressure up the middle over adding another complementary Edge for me. And in the allegedly deepest Edge draft in memory, we can a add a part timer Day 3 I still like the UC QB and have a growing interest in tOSU's TE.... good, balanced TE..... block and catch.
  20. Is that why you traded away all our R1 picks?
  21. Not for a good while anyway... but once upon a time... We took the ALCentral for granted
  22. League rules? Might have to clear waivers first, but otherwise, if not prohibited could be cool. has an nfl player even been traded to the cfl? Google/ ask find no examples...
  23. Yup and given the apparent, to me, direction we are shifting our O, to his potential fit is better. Will he work out? IFFY to be sure as a starter, but are there any SB MVP level QBs on the market? Evan were there there's always that cap thang. With Adams now gone Aarons' remaining interest in staying in GB has to have been obliterated. Of course, he shat in his own punchbowl in 2021 so no telling what interest lies in him. Problem I see is we seem to have fallen into a one player away approach and I do not get that. I see seasons of shoring up before that point is reached. And the draft capital we've spent only increased the difficulty. As for Baker... Could be a draft Day, trade piece, but feels like we are rapidly approaching the time to simply hold him for the early-season starter injury(ies) desperation teams. If he looks good in preseason, maybe some interest rises. Of course by then, half this Board will be a fan again.
