  1. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/judge-facing-heat-for-releasing-alleged-dc-teen-shooter-donated-to-soros-fund-posted-about-being-woke/ar-BB1mfqm7 Lloyd U. Nolan, Jr., a magistrate judge on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, is in the spotlight this week after he ordered that 18-year-old Amonte Moody be released from custody before his trial despite accusations he sprayed a D.C. neighborhood with shots from an AR-15 while targeting a car carrying four people. Nolan’s online presence includes examples of progressive activism, including a post boasting about being "woke," a post promoting Black Lives Matter and a post showing he donated to a fundraiser supporting a professor with ties to George Soros. "Our programs and partnerships are uniquely tailored to support and strengthen the efficacy of public defenders as a critical part of systemic criminal justice reform. Public defenders are frontline advocates for the accused in this country and we are committed to nurturing and developing their skills at every career level to produce fairer outcomes for America’s most vulnerable citizens." "The government presented evidence establishing probable cause that the defendant fired an AR-15 weapon approximately 26 times at a car driving away on a public street in the 1700 block of Independence Ave SE then dissembled the firearm and hid it away in a ceiling," the prosecutors wrote. "Despite the egregiousness of this conduct, the strength of the case, including video evidence depicting it and two identifications of the defendant as the shooter, and the statutory presumption in favor of detention pending trial, the Magistrate Judge released the defendant." Yeah, nothing to see here, just corrupt judges and 'bought and paid for' justice system. -dumbass cult ...we are committed to nurturing and developing their skills at every career level -hahahaha, oh there's that phrase again btw, 'we are committed'
  2. I think he's just enjoying his time dreaming until Trump becomes president again lol
  3. Even hillary calls all the pro hamas-palestinian protesters dumbasses for falling for propaganda 🤣
  4. Oh yeah, it's a little chilly this morning, I'm going to go drive around a bit and warm it up outside! 🤣
  5. You are assuming they care about the environment or so called 'man made warming''. That's why you're view is too realistic. Being honest matters because you have to know the problem in order to fix it correctly. Such as, what is the correct temperature of the earth? How are you deciding this? You assume too much co2 is bad but if they are lying or exaggerating, co2 could be harmless or even needed. It wasn't that long ago they were concerned about an ice age. So then we have to trust these experts blindly because of science but what if we trusted them when they predicted an ice age? They were experts then as well. Gov't doesn't exist to make gobs of money. They exist to serve and are paid with our tax money. To be in gov't is to be honored to serve, you take pride in your country and you are doing your part to contribute. Some areas you need a livable wage, but it's all transparent and approved from boards and what not. When they make gobs of money then it's you as the consumer or tax payer that's getting screwed over. When they have a shtick, or a corrupt grift, then tax payers are being harmed in some way. If you want to make gobs of money then become an entrepreneur or enter wall street. Otherwise you're using your gov't position to influence and take lobby 'brides' and that in the end effects the tax payer. But hey, after gov't sure unless they're using their influence to affect policies that affect us. Gores shtick isn't harmless, he fear mongered the masses and generated 'experts' that needed funding to research his shtick. As woody says, Gore doesn't count because he isn't a climatologist expert. Neither is Biden or anyone else in gov't, but you guys fall in line with all regards to man made global warming. So by woodys logic, we shouldn't listen to anyone in gov't because none of them are experts in fields they are making policies on. Anyways in all seriousness, we need honesty to even know if there is a problem let alone on how to change it. Even then just by using common sense, it's not something that needs changed tomorrow, the climate is like a huge cruise ship, you have time to change it's direction, it's not a speed boat racing towards the docks at blazing speed. So when anyone in gov't wants to force changes tomorrow you know they're full of shit. You want to make changes that matter so you do the research, share that for debate and slowly implement it over time and there will be less resistance because you took the time, shared the info for debate and was transparent the whole time. That's different than woodys way where you just know better than anyone else, force solutions you don't need and call people names when they question it. On top of making these changes tomorrow, the alarmist people don't even do the things they are telling you to do to save the planet. It's a joke. You're forcing tax payers to buy EVs in the next decade when you haven't even converted your gov't vehicles or your personal vehicles to EV. - Dumbass cult

    Go woke - go broke...literally
  7. I think your view on it is too realistic but good. The problem is I don't think we have an honest picture of the problem and without that we can't have any honest solutions yet. I think everyone knows we have to be making an impact in some manner. Is the co2 a threat or a drop in the ocean? I'm too tired right now to list all the things. Gore was caught grifting the climate scene and when things didn't even come close to what he said it was apparent to not only us but others that could use the same thing for their own reasons, be it money or power. So is there some misinformation from man made climate change, sure, but both sides are putting it out there and like I said before, follow the actions.
  8. You should care, they don't just make policies on their own accord. They refer to 'experts' and the FDA does it's own testing and reporting. So when it comes down to it, politics and money go hand in hand with your experts.
  9. Some people theorized it was round doesn't mean it was widely accepted or that people still didn't think otherwise. Even today we have flat earthers.
  10. This? That's not evidence of anything other than a huge margin that could be anything. The new results had a far larger range of possibilities in ocean temperature increases—between 10 and 70 percent: still warmer, but rendering the study vague even for the sometimes unknowable science of climate modelling. Or this? but rendering the study vague even for the sometimes unknowable science of climate modelling Maybe this? "Science is a human endeavour and it's therefore imperfect.
  11. I know what you referred to and it's too asinine a topic to go prove my point on. But, https://www.encyclopedia.com/science/science-magazines/historic-dispute-earth-center-universe Yes, early scientists believed that what appeared to be movement around Earth by the Sun and other entities was, in fact, just that. As usual, you're dumbass woke idiocy is just butt hurt someone suggested Columbus proved the earth was round. That doesn't mean a lot of the people didn't think it was flat. It was a simple example but if you want to start to get technical we can. In this day and age, there are plenty of reasons not to trust your 'experts'. Look at the Covid pandemic and all the truth coming out after people were vilified and falsely labeled anitvaxxers. Look how the gov't and it's federally run agencies lied and covered up the truth in the opioid crisis and the teflon case. You think those were isolated cases? Now we can't challenge what the gov't is doing because we're called antiscience. There's all kinds of abuse going on in gov't and if you don't believe that then you shouldn't be so scared of Trump and republicans. Your same experts won't come out and define what a woman is because it's all politically driven, not science backed.
  12. I'm not literally talking about earth being flat, it's the point that just because everyone says something, doesn't make it true. You act like because you suggested thousands of climatologist super astrophysicist all with engineering degrees and phds in environmental studies prove your right by way of numbers. All it takes is one to debunk their garbage. Also, I learned this way back in elementary school. I'm not sure what you're going on about now. Thanks for looking out for me though, I didn't realize people were trying to stop me from learning 'modern day science'.
  13. The other thing about being ignorant to the facts about the bill is that Biden/democrats invited these people to invade. They allowed them in, they provided assistance to get them in. They have no plans to get rid of them. They want them here. Their only plan is to make them citizens. They could stop them at any point if they wanted to. They don't care about the costs, the damage or the crime.
  14. I don't have enough info for an honest answer. Why was the doctor needed? Did he have any tools? Was being liable for anything that went wrong really a risk for the doctor? Does his insurance protect him/any laws? I know if it was me that needed care, I'd at least want him to look at me and maybe suggest things that would help until we landed. I don't know what was wrong, if being drunk would have been a problem. I doubt he was too drunk however and I know I've sobered up enough in the past to be more than capable. It's not like he could perform heart or brain surgery on the plane even if he wasn't drunk. I think the Dr is a dick to be honest. You can at least look at the person and suggest life saving advice or if it was life threatening made him comfortable enough for the ride. He chose the profession to be a dr and I believe he has a certain obligation. I know he's not getting paid but they are taught and even swear an oath to help those they can plus being a moral human that has the ability to help in an emergency. A dr needs to be better than that. If there are certain health risks to the dr, such as possible contamination from blood(aids, disease), then I'm not so certain. I don't think anyone is obligated to sacrifice their life or health to help another. If that was my doctor, he better be beyond amazing or I'd find a new doctor that didn't make excuses to be a pos.
  15. Thanks, that answers that.
  16. I think hoorta believes he actually said anything of sense?
  17. Yep the earth is flat and the center of the universe. Must be true cause everyone said so.
