I don't know why tia would taunt you. 😃

You looked like a complete genius all season long. Lamar deserves the MVP Award... and I'll readily admit that I laughed at Slugger's love for him before the Draft.

I am a fan of Lamar so I get the idea that I was being a homer, but the logic was still solid. I said if we had hired Roman than I would take him #1 and everyone went insane. I explained how the offense made Kaepernick and Tyrod Taylor into decent QB and Lamar is a better version of those guys.

  2. 1. Gary Kubiak- Proven head coach whose offense should fit nicely with what we do well.

    2. Jim Schwartz- Has head coaching experience. One of the best defensive minds in the game. Take no shit attitude that will get some of these divas in check

    3. Greg Roman- Not ideal fit for our offense but could work. Will turn the Ravens into a mediocre team and may ruin Lamars career. Look back when people asked me if I would take Lamar #1.

    4. Jay Gruden- Head coaching experience and if were being honest he got a raw deal.  He never had much talent to work with. When he was an O.C. with talent he put together a really impressive offense.

    5. Pete Carmichael Jr- Longtime Saints O.C. has been apart of the most explosive offenses. He knows how to coach undersized QBs. Have to wonder why he hasn't recieved a head coaching job.

I would stay far away from McDaniels. His personality will not mix well with these divas we have. That stunt he pulled with Indy is unforgivable.

    Lamar Jackson looks unstoppable

It's a scheme thing but its extremely hard to stop with a talent like that. People called me crazy for saying I would take Lamar #1 if had Greg Roman as O.C. this is why. Roman has done this with Tyrod Taylor, Colin Kapernick, and resurrected Alex Smith with this offense.

    Shady McCoy released by Bills.

    Gas in tank?

I think he could still get the job done, but I dont think he will be interested in being a backup and eventually a 3rd RB. He will probably get a starting role in Houston or Baltimore.

    + great 3rd down back

+ plays very well in snowy conditions

+ still has starter level talent

    - character

    - injury concerns

    - salary

no chance,imho..they'd laugh than hang up..he's not dead at 31..6 straight pro bowls, age? I could see a 3 year deal with a get out after 2..Skins won't care who's paying him..They want the recoup pick

His trade value is low. He said he wont play for them so I'm sure they would take a pick and someone who could contribute this season. Gruden has to be desperate at this point. That team has a rookie QB, no receivers, a TE that is always hurt, and a RB that is coming off a knee injury and hasn't even played yet.

I doubt that any other team is going to offer more than that. So they would be dumb not to take something for a player that refuses to play for them.

  6. I doubt anyone gives up a 1st for him. He's on the wrong side if 30, he has injury concerns, he has an expensive contract, and he's already said he wont play for them. We could offer them a 3rd or 4th and Strong or Callaway and that should do it.

I don't disagree, but Colquitt has been a top 7-8 punter in the league for a long time. He was exceptional last year getting them pinned deep too (32 punts inside the 20). We have a very strong squad this year, I take that steady player all day. The money is likely very inconsequential for the short-term. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Gilliams ends up on the 53 for another squad, though.

I would like to stash him on the P.S. but after that 74 yarder I think people took notice. We save nearly 3 million by going with the young guy too.

  8. I didn't forget about him we are just so deep at that position. Montgomery and Strong have all but solidified their roster spots in my eyes. I dont think Ratley is eligible for the P.S. is he?

The team rallies around Sheehy and if he proves to be a dynamic KR I would rather keep him than Ratley or Callaway. Maybe we could get a competent OLman in a trade for Callaway.

  9. It's going to he a hard decision on which WR to cut. With Callaway suspended, I would keep Beckham, Landry, Higgins, Strong, Montgomery, and use 4 games to see what we have in Sheehy.

It's going to be a tough call between keeping Colquitt or Gilliam. I think Colquitt is a great, but Gilliams potential is through the roof. I would probably save the money and go with the rookie.

I know alot of people are still assuming that Stanton is the backup, but I would rather keep Blough on the roster than him at this point. I would keep 2 QBs and stash Blough on the P.S. We need to shop around for OLmen, a backup safety, and maybe a backup RB. That 3rd QB spot would hurt more than it would help.

    Baker,Gilbert,Stanton...Bloug to PS

Stanton is a waste at this point. It's pretty obvious that Gilbert is a better QB.

QB Gilbert, RB Johnson, WR Higgins, WR Strong, WR Montgomery, LB Thomas, CB/S Murray, CB Gaines really helped themselves.

I was really disappointed in wilson but he has superstar potential. That probably more on my expectations being too high. Pharaoh Brown looked lost. Corbett isn't a Center. Hunt looked rusty. #66 Wright needs to be cut he will end up getting someone hurt. Redwine and Whitehead looked bad, we really need to find a 3rd safety. The kickers were awful
