MrFreeze
Not only does Buffalo have a bad run defense but they lost two of their offensive linemen last week. Our defense needs to make a statement this week and get after the quarterback. We are the more talented team. If we limit our mistakes I know we can win. brnfan16
They probably will if they repeat their defensive performance. Remember the last time the Browns played in Buffalo the score was 9-0. It was 8-0 one of the rarest scores in Browns history. I think of it as the "white-out" game and Phil Dawson kicking a 49 yard FG in the blowning wind and snow. This looks like the perfect Hillis game, just grind it out. It will be a close game into the 4th quarter. I don't think overlook applies here the Browns know where they came from in the beginning of the season. You can't look past anyone in the NFL. Flugel
THere is an awful lot of talk here, among Browns fans in general, and in the media of the Browns lookiing to "win-out", the only way to win-out is to win each weeks game in front of you and it starts with a big task Sunday in Buffalo. That team up there is scary and not far behind us. I hope it continues to blizzard and becomes a running game. With Hillis and our Defense, I think we have the advantage, but I hope the change from Miami to Buffalo on the road don't hurt us. We need to start concentrating on Buffalo. THe Baltimore and Pittsburgh games are miles away. I hear ya. Traditionally, these alleged supposed to win games have stiung us bad. It's like getting Heidi's Kluhms between the sheets and finding out you got slinky stinger and no viagra to remedy it. Well, not quite that bad - but it's freakin disppointing. The Buffalo Bills were a dropped pass in the end zone from beating Pittsburgh. PLUS, Jake Delhomme still scares me especially when rattled. - Tom F. We are a few stupid turnovers from being 8-4 or 9-3. Should have beat the Bucs, Chiefs, Jets and Jags. Granted, shoulda, coulda, woulda means nothing... This team is coming together right now. I think Delhomme will get benched again by the end of the season and ride the bench next year in favor of McCoy as the starter.

The Gipper
What am I missing about how we match up with Buffalo? Vegas has us down by 1.5 and the consensus at ProFootballWeekly is that Buffalo will win. I say we will run the ball effectively against the worst run defense in the league, eat up the clock winning time of possession, and our backfield will get another interception or two winning the turnover battle. What's the argument on the other side? A. The Bills are at home. That gives them an instant 3 point Vegas edge. Plus, they play tough at home. Witness that they should have beaten the Steelers B. The Bills play tough no matter who they play. Of their 10 losses, 6 have been by a TD or less. C. Their offense can put up some point. People like what Ryan Fitzpatrick has been doing. The Gipper
That game was in Cleveland Right. The 8-0 game was in Cleveland. The 6-3 game was in Buffalo. The 6-3 game was played in October so it wasn't the "whiteout" game like the 8-0 game was.

professor_g
The spread is down to 1 point. If I were a betting man, I'd be on this. But I know better than to think that I know better than the Vegas odds-makers.
professor_g
I see in the paper today that Vegas is calling the game a PICK. I guess that seems about right. Hard to favor either team, really, even if THE BROWNS ARE GOING TO KICK ASS TODAY! Btw, where are the trash-talking Bills fans?
Canton Mike
This game might seem boring to some folks due to the weather, but I love it...this is REAL football! Snow, mud, slippin' & slidin', OH YEAH! Any way you cut the cake, this will be a tough & dangerous game. Playing IN Buffalo & in THEIR type weather, but I we can take 'em as long as we're not looking ahead. Mike
