Harry Buffalo
I think it is way to early to tell as well without seeing the rookies in camp and preseason and seeing if any of the UDFA make the team and make any kind of impact. At this point I feel though we can go 7-9 with all but one lose being by 7 points or less. Most games will be entertaining instead of the bore/kill me fest they were last season

sadbrownsfan
8-8 or 9-7, just enough wins that shurmer, heckert, and holgrem get raises and extensions, and then it will be back to 4-6 wins a season.
Taco918
Here is our schedule with my projected records: September 9th vs. Eagles: Loss September 16th @ Bengals: Win September 23rd vs. Bills: Loss September 27th @ Ravens: Loss October 7th @ Giants: Win October 14th vs. Bengals: Win October 21st @ Colts: Win October 28th vs. Chargers: Loss November 4th vs. Ravens: Loss November 18th @ Cowboys: Win November 25th vs. Steelers: Loss December 2nd @ Raiders: Loss December 9th vs. Chiefs: Win December 16th vs. Redskins: Win December 23rd @ Broncos: Loss December 30th @ Steelers: Loss Prediction - 7-9 +/- 2 wins Edit: I see the Bengals taking a step back due to their up and down history. I got us beating the Giants due to our history of beating the Super Bowl champs the past few years. I have us beating the Cowboys and 'Skins just because I really want them to beat them, not sure if we actually will which is why I gave the +/- 2. So I'm guessing anywhere from 5-11 to 7-9. brownfish
I was re-watching the senior bowl...Weeden's first instance in playing in a pro style scheme...I now have some bad feelings he is going to give up and realize just like his baseball career this wasn't the right choice. He was considered a great prospect by the yankees and gave up...something about him just isn't all there...we'll see and i will eat my word but i have a feeling he is going to force these passes in there...that's what pitchers do and he has that damn stubborn pitcher mentality. If Mccoy went to Akron would you still think he was good...oh wait you were a Charlie frye fan...Sorry Nevermind Weedens a rookie. McCoy isnt. I hope Weeden's better, I really do. He has a better arm than McCoy and is taller. So that's a plus, but he's complete shit for mobility and stretching out plays with his feet, like McCoy could do. So when our line falters and the QB has to scramble...whose better to have? I feel like McCoy will give him a run for his money in training camp. please dont waste finger strength typing out insults to me just because I happen to think McCoy has the skills to move an upgraded offense nice, slow and consistently.
