40 Of The Most Powerful Photographs Ever Take

Recommended Posts

Those were pretty cool

I'm gonna have to be a party pooper though and say there was a definitely recent and American bias.

I mean, these are supposed to be the 40 most powerful photos taken, ever! Where's that one Nat Geo chick, or the pictures of that volcano right before it killed the photographer, or that monk that set himself on fire?

... Yes Cal, I'm an anti American, socialist, communist, fascist, libtard terrorist...

Wow. All but two are awesome.

A couple were just no impact at all - just controversial - didn't fit.

Pictures from all over the world - nice find, Kosar !

For the record:

I deleted a number of posts under this thread. All pertained to my post that one of the pictures was fake, staged, or whatever.

I believe the posts I deleted - and more than a couple were mine - served no purpose other than to detract from an, otherwise, excellent and evolving series of pictures.

Great stuff!

Really? "Never forgive the japs"

Really?

I should say never forget. I have a playstation, clearly we've forgiven each other, but yes. I don't forgive their wartime atrocities any more than they've forgiven the atomic bombing, in that I choose my side and stand by it, liberal college boy who's never served and most likely never even been in a fight. Yes. Ever heard of the bataan death march? The rape of nanking? We don't forgive the nazis for the death camps do we?

I don't see why you would want to hold a grudge against an entire nationality because of what some did, but ok. Nazis are a different case too. Correct, I have never served and I hope I don't ever have to. But no, I am not a liberal, but I say this all the time... so I guess it won't matter.

Because we as Americans have never committed anything that could be construed as a war crime. Ever hear of the Trail of Tears? The American government treated Native Americans as poorly as the Japanese did the Filipinos.

I didn't try and justify things America did wrong. I just choose my side as it were.

Vapor,

that was a stupid retort. The picture was not about the Trail of Tears, you dumbass.

You want to post a pic of that.....@@ feel free.

Or, are you stupidly saying that we should just be all happy about the Japanese military atrocities,

because the Trail of Tears happened?

See? Vapor just emoted, quite stupidly, changed the subject, and knee jerked

to have an objection to a stance by somebody else.

It's what libs do. They can't stop it.

And Woody, he is talking about the ATROCITIES, not current day Japanese people.

The military Japanese war criminals who committed them will never be forgiven.

You're not a liberal? What are you then? What issues do you consider yourself conservative on?
