Kvoethe Posted August 23, 2014 Report Posted August 23, 2014 The reaction to the events in ferguson, unemployment, purging threats, lack of faith in goverment, etc etc. too many little things to pick out. But when you look at the big picture...seems like the pressure is building.
LogicIsForSquares Posted August 23, 2014 Report Posted August 23, 2014 I don't think we are close at all to civil war.
Browns149 Posted August 23, 2014 Report Posted August 23, 2014 I don't think so. The issues of today do not compare to the issues that led us to civil war the first time. For the most part, people in this country are happy. Well, unless you're cal
Legacy Fan Posted August 23, 2014 Report Posted August 23, 2014 as long as there's a new iPhone every year, or you can buy a beat-ass android pre-paid at walmart, I think the chances of civil war are pretty slim.
Axe Posted August 24, 2014 Report Posted August 24, 2014 As long as we don't reform any entitlement programs.. Probably not
WalterWhite Posted August 24, 2014 Report Posted August 24, 2014 Work hard and pay your taxes because people on government assistance depend on you.
calfoxwc Posted August 24, 2014 Report Posted August 24, 2014 Ha. Ask Steve or Canton Mike - I'm one of he happiest guys around. As to the question - no...but...we are headed in an extremely divisive direction, with civil unrest and illegals crime on the upswing. Think back to the days of organized crime and all. We now have "organized" black power violence and drug cartels coming here to set up. No civil war. But big, serious trouble ahead. Hey, we have a farm, well water, and guns. Food water security - We're talking we and our friends/neighborhood have Mazlow's Hierarchy of Needs covered. Happy, Happy, Happy ! ...and 95% of all my stories are true !

Comeonman Posted August 24, 2014 Report Posted August 24, 2014 Not a chance. I can't see an armed conflict anywhere in the near future

Axe Posted August 25, 2014 Report Posted August 25, 2014 The glory days of "orginized crime" was the 20's-50's Isn't that what you want cal? That might be one of the most ill conceived responses I've read on this forum not authored by the bent beaked one..
