Oldcrow1945
I don't think three 45 minute workouts per week is asking too much of anyone; expecially when they get paid extra for these. Besides, the knock on Rogers was his lack of weight control at times. As good as Shaun appears to be in the first 3 consecutive plays - his endurance SUCKS so bad we're watching his backup getting almost as many reps in quite a few games where teams move the chains. The exception to that rule, is when our D gets off the field after only 3 downs, which happens how often??? - Tom F. His endurance is the only problem I have with him Tom. That is a good point. hammertime
His value decreases the longer he stays. His weight increases the longer he plays. His body can't handle the plays he getting now, i don't want to be a doomsayer but if he can't increase his endurance he will breakdown.
onefellswoop7
He already reported to workouts. Watch the video of the weight room on www.clevelandbrowns.com you'll see him lifting and greeting his teamates. This is a non issue. Mr. T
In the end, the key for me is this word: voluntary Sure we like it when guys show up, and coaches get all mad when guys don't, but in the end, the coach has to go pound salt or get rid of the guy. If Rogers doesn't show for mandatory mini camps or whatnot, then I get concerned. Rogers knows nobody is going to beat him out, so there isn't a lot of incentive to head to Cleveland at this time. Voluntary, Yes indeed why do we want to risk an injury and then we would be looking for some turd as a replacement.
