They don't seem to care about the laws against murder but I have a feeling that a strongly worded piece of legislation about gun ownership will turn their life around. The Sheriff of Fayette County released a statement yesterday in the Charleston-Gazette Mail, saying "If we catch you looting and stealing, we will take to you jail.
