Wheelchair Van

First of all I would like to apologize if this is in the wrong place.

I don't really speak of serious nature on this board too often. I'm a jokester but this is a big deal. I have twin grand babies that were born with Cerebral Palsy. Gabe and Gavin have had a rough way to go.

Gavin will never walk and that's a shame...but however he got his first wheelchair! It won't be long before he scoots everywhere he wants to roll. Gabe on the other hand walks but still has a hard time.

The family are troopers and have never complained or asked for anything.

Wheelchair vans are very expensive and they are raising money for the cause. They are in a situation because most of their time is taken for the care of them as you could understand. After talking with the family they have let me post this.

If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Thank you.

I drove a bus for an assisted living home for a year. The bus had a wheelchair lift...

here is where you can get used vans... maybe get one of your own

they are a class company - I went to the one in Akron for service.

from the site:

"There are programs and grants available to Ohioans in need.

We have assembled a list of these resources here."

Is there a site just to donate money? I don't need another t-shirt but I do want to pitch in.

I'm sure there is. Let me get back to you. I found out about all of this last night so it's all new to me. I'm usually the last in line to get any news on anything. The women have conjured up this idea.

Ya I feel you on the shirts and it looks like I will have a bunch.
