The wisconsin player got up and started running back. Now my question is, isnt it the refs responsibility to lay into their whistles the instant they see the interceptors knee touch the ground? I'm sure the whistles were blown. It was a good 5 seconds after the int and it was clear the guy was celebrating the end of the game.
