OldBrownsFan
Now comes a new study by Just Facts, a libertarian/conservative think tank, that used data from a large Harvard/You.Gov study that every two years samples tens of thousands of voters, including some who admit they are noncitizens and thus can't vote legally. The findings are eye-opening. In 2008, as many as 5.7 million noncitizens voted in the election. In 2012, as many as 3.6 million voted, the study said. In 2016, the U.S. Census Bureau estimates that there were 21.0 million adult noncitizens in the U.S., up from 19.4 million in 2008. It is therefore highly likely that millions of noncitizens cast votes in 2016. And it was no accident. Democrats had extensive get-out-the-vote campaigns in areas heavily populated by illegal aliens. As far back as 2008, Obama made sure that those who wanted to vote knew it was safe, announcing that election records would not be cross-checked with immigration databases. And last year, the Obama White House supported a court injunction that kept Kansas, Alabama and Georgia from requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote. The message was sent, loud and clear: If you're a noncitizen or here illegally, don't be afraid. You're free to vote. No one will stop you. We don't know the exact number of illegal votes. No one does. But the data that are available suggest that the number of illegal votes was substantial — probably in the millions, as Trump said — and likely had a significant impact on the election's outcome. Even Democrats should find this troubling (LOL OBF); every vote cast by a noncitizen voter negates the vote of a citizen voter. It's that simple. It's time the Democratic Party started living up to its name and stop encouraging noncitizens and illegal aliens to vote in our election. http://www.investors.com/politics/editorials/did-votes-by-noncitizens-cost-trump-the-2016-popular-vote-sure-looks-that-way/

calfoxwc
they flooded the American voter demographics. A well to do German family who came here to home school their kids...obamao/holder/etc fought like hell to kick them out of country, back to Germany. but millions of destitute, little or no English, little or no education illegals... they fought like hell to have them invade illegally, and fought like hell to give them a complete free ride and citizenship. Pretty telling, isn't it?

MLD Woody
But the data source was Harvard. So unless you think they are straight up lying I don't think the source can be overly questionedAnd two managers of that survey at Harvard (and 1 from YouGov) that provided the data wrote a report critiquing the one presented here. They conclude there are major flaws in the extrapolation being done from the small samples in their survey and that the non citizen voting rate is closer to 0 They aren't using data from Harvard that says "This many illegals voted". They're taking a small sample from a survey and extrapolating it out across tens of millions of people Again, that is why it is important to investigate reports and their methodology instead of just taking a headline and rolling with it

OldBrownsFan
Why Democrats Really Oppose Voter ID … The Left’s arguments against voter ID are fundamentally dishonest, and at their core, intensely racist. At the core of it, the risible implicit argument the NAACP and every single liberal is presenting here – and they are largely getting away with it – is that it is unreasonable to expect an African American, simply by virtue of the color of his or her skin, to be able to procure, hold and present photo ID. Essentially, according to the Left, from the Democrats to their allies in the media, Black people, as opposed to Asian Americans and Whites lack the mental capacity to take a valid photo ID to the polls. Make no mistake – this is the liberal argument at its core, and they know it, which is why they simply skip past how they came to this conclusion and simply assert that Voter ID is Jim Crow come again. Which is why I make it a point to ask any liberal squealing about Voter ID to kindly explain why they believe a Black man – like me – as opposed to a White or Asian man, is somehow intrinsically less capable of taking a valid photo ID to the polls on election day. They’ll hem and haw, try and change the subject, but none can answer. .......requiring valid government issued photo ID makes voter fraud more expensive, more logistically tasking, much more likely to be discovered, and much more likely that the perpetrators are going to jail. That, in a nutshell, is why Democrats are so upset about voter ID legislation. It isn’t because voter fraud is so rarely caught and prosecuted, it’s because they want to keep it that way. http://www.redstate.com/diary/Martin_A_Knight/2013/08/17/why-democrats-oppose-voter-id/

OldBrownsFan
Well you would know, as you obviously frequent many varying news sources. As made apparent by the variety of sources you post here.... I am arguing the conservative view point. You will rarely find that in the MSM which is why alternative news is needed. That article posted from Red State was from a conservative black man who resented the implication by liberals that black people are not smart enough to do what whites and asians and others are able to do (present ID to vote) and need the governments help in that area. His words: "Essentially, according to the Left, from the Democrats to their allies in the media, Black people, as opposed to Asian Americans and Whites lack the mental capacity to take a valid photo ID to the polls.
