LondonBrown Posted November 3, 2017 Report Posted November 3, 2017 Your anthem never fails to get to me, awesome. All the studio pundits have gone for a high scoring game so it's a bet on under the total for me, they are usually wrong
Mark O Posted November 3, 2017 Report Posted November 3, 2017 thursday night games are really weird. No clue what might happen.
LondonBrown Posted November 3, 2017 Author Report Posted November 3, 2017 4th and inches at home vs a divisional rival, I'm going for that
gumby73 Posted November 3, 2017 Report Posted November 3, 2017 F-Marry-Kill....If we had a chance? who would you bring back with same roster to maybe win? Hoyer./McCown./DA./Oswieler/ Who would you cut? Kizer/Kessler/Hogan?
Mark O Posted November 3, 2017 Report Posted November 3, 2017 Hoyer... Cut-- Kizer, Kessler and Hogan. They all suck..fuck them all.
Dutch Oven Posted November 3, 2017 Report Posted November 3, 2017 I'd have McCown/Hoyer/Kizer as my three QBs, most likely in that order.
gumby73 Posted November 3, 2017 Report Posted November 3, 2017 Jets were told to quit..That's not in Josh..all the times he got pounded he's not sliding feet first either
LondonBrown Posted November 3, 2017 Author Report Posted November 3, 2017 I wouldn't change it, because winning four games with a 38yo QB wont get the Browns any closer to winning the superbowl
gumby73 Posted November 3, 2017 Report Posted November 3, 2017 Josh as a pocket guy could have maybe helped Kizer along more than Hue at this point?..Josh around Hackenberg can't hurt..
gumby73 Posted November 3, 2017 Report Posted November 3, 2017 There it is..All it took was me down the street from ECU..1st TouchDown Zay Jones!!
LondonBrown Posted November 3, 2017 Author Report Posted November 3, 2017 The comms are talking about Kelvin Benjamin like he is Jerry Rice, I must be missing something
Browns149 Posted November 3, 2017 Report Posted November 3, 2017 We don’t need Josh McCown another reason to be fired

Clevfan4life Posted November 3, 2017 Report Posted November 3, 2017 Having mccown come in and spot duty fir kizer would have been perfect. But osweiler right? Shmuck. Everybidy was in moneyballs nuts when they made that trade
Browns149 Posted November 3, 2017 Report Posted November 3, 2017 Just now, Clevfan4life said: ^^^this Can they just fire EVERYONE in the front office
Clevfan4life Posted November 3, 2017 Report Posted November 3, 2017 1 minute ago, Browns149 said: Can they just fire EVERYONE in the front office Do we kniw who was responsible fir the mccown decision? Cause if hue had a part in it he's got to be publically flogged for it and possibly fired. Thats the only decision that would have me saying ok hue's got to go.
Clevfan4life Posted November 3, 2017 Report Posted November 3, 2017 As for the FO, i mean...wtf was that mcarron sht? Did hue know what we were offering? If the FO wasnt down with it than it should never have even been broached with the bengals.

Ok, i see that "some years"...thats the right call. I think u need football people getting better at analytics so u know which years to hold and which years to deal. Means targeting and keeping track of freshman olayers that wont be eligible for years.
LondonBrown Posted November 3, 2017 Author Report Posted November 3, 2017 Josh McCown is now the saviour because he may win 4 or 5 games? Well Brian Hoyer was 7 and 4 and I was in Cleveland and its bars at 9am before a Texans game listening to people hate on him. I heard it again at half time and when they lost it was even worse. Manziel came in not long after (maybe the week after) and the rest is history. The majority of fans and media are all out of patience and I totally understand that I really do, but i think it's time to admit this is a lost cause unless mentality drastically changes. Nothing but a miraculous immediate swing of 10 wins is going to make any of the media or fans stop the bashing, and its such a small city, that at this point it almost seems like a lost cause
gumby73 Posted November 3, 2017 Report Posted November 3, 2017 if memory serves me..We would have owed Josh 8.5M his final year of contract over his normal 7M? Damn right we had the money..but with Huey, Palmer never had a mentor Oakland (Campbell)..Flacco never had a mentor either at Ravens(Smith)..think ya know where am going to point too

RoyceRolls Posted November 3, 2017 Report Posted November 3, 2017 Are we lamenting the fact that McCown isn’t on the team?! Really? He couldn’t win/stay healthy when he was here, but now that he’s had a few wins with the Jets it’s a fireable offense to get rid of him? And Hoyer? The guy who got cut by the only team competing for the first overall pick?!? The collective psyche of Browns fans has been damaged beyond repair I fear.
SD_Tom Posted November 3, 2017 Report Posted November 3, 2017 The whole point of having McCown is that he's supposed to be a bridge until Kizer or whoever they drafted learns enough to play. Otherwise you get a young kid who's not nearly ready to be an NFL starter yet on an NFL QB roster that has zero wins. That's an absurd plan and it's a big reason they're gonna be lucky to get 1 win. McCown and Hoyer are still better than any QB on our roster. That's how bad this team is.
Clevfan4life Posted November 3, 2017 Report Posted November 3, 2017 Nobodys talking about mccown being the chosen one. Jesus. It was having him on the roster for when the inevitable happens. And the inevitable did inevitably happen. This is cleveland did people really think kizer was gonna go from draft project whom people thought needed another year or two in college...to polished nfl stsrter? Not having a veteran on staff that could come in when kizer shat the bed is absolutely inexcusable given our two other qb's are hogan and kessler

And the Browns Front Office
RoyceRolls Posted November 3, 2017 Report Posted November 3, 2017 The front office isn’t trying to win games. They’re trying to develop talent and get the best draft pick. Regardless of anyone’s feelings on the matter, it’s pretty obvious that winning is only a concern of the coach, players and fans.
