* First, it was posted to Instagram - (~20min) before the shooting started

* 9 minutes after the shooting had started, it was posted to 8Chan

* Chan streams don't work that way, they stream in real time an are uniquely tagged - can be seen live.

Used to be my thinking not too long ago as well, but then you get to thinking about people with Security Clearances or others that have to be under NDA's (done both).

When you get down too it, a lot of it is mundane, boring stuff that most folk don't care about anyway.

For the interesting stuff you have too (pre O) get vetted out the wazoo. Most people can't pass this phase, plus the penalties for breaking it are not pleasant.

 

On the nefarious side (Mafia or the like), you still (used too) have the threat of unpleasantness as well.

 

Problem is, for far too many years the penalty has been ignored/sidestepped - we've had the Law for them, and then the Law for the average Joe.
