Gen Steven Kwast who was forced to retire. He convinced me of the necessity of creating a space force. Lt. Gen Kwast also was the one speaking about teleportation but from what I read this is not actually technology but just a theory. Outside the Public view, I think we are beyond that, I just don't know how far beyond it - maybe Cellular or Micro-Organism ?.
