Like I've said before. Totally biased sources and pile ons. That's what is wrong with the Trump political board. That's why very few ever come ever here anymore. Closed minds brainwashing each other hearing and reading only what supports the liar in chief. So as Steve suggested here are other points of view.

Of course it's a waste of my time to add plenty more. Closed minds.

And how does that differ from the biased sources above that? I just made my point without having to prove the Donald is the Devil with biased sources. I proved the opposite of what the pile on pussys proved with theirs by using my own. And USA Today/Vox are there as well. A bit less biased that the others.

And cal-have LtGen Kellogg come testify under oath then. Trump will not allow it. Nor will he himself ever testify under oath in person any more than he will ever release financial records he said he would release for years.

Biased news sources are pretty much the order of the day here. I have no more respect the New York Times than I do for The Blaze.  as a matter of fact possibly less because we know exactly where the blaze and slate are coming from. Nyt pretends to be a real news source and not just a depository for hack  pieces.

However since you did not read it. Here is how Sondland changed his testimony from what he had previously said under oath behind closed doors. You can just read the quotes frrom his written new release if you wish.

The disclosure from Gordon D. Sondland, an ally of Mr. Trump who is the United States ambassador to the European Union, confirmed his role in laying out a quid pro quo to Ukraine that conditioned the release of security assistance from the United States on the country’s willingness to say it was investigating former Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. and other Democrats.

That admission, included in a four-page sworn statement released on Tuesday, directly contradicted his testimony to investigators last month, when he said he “never” thought there was any precondition on the aid.

“I said that resumption of the U.S. aid would likely not occur until Ukraine provided the public anticorruption statement that we had been discussing for many weeks,” Mr. Sondland said in the new statement, which was made public by the House committees leading the inquiry, along with the transcript of his original testimony.

Mr. Sondland’s disclosure appeared intended to insulate him from accusations that he intentionally misled Congress during his earlier testimony, in which he frequently said he could not recall key details and events under scrutiny by impeachment investigatorIt also provided Democrats with a valuable piece of evidence from a critical witness to fill out the picture of their abuse-of-power case against the president. Unlike other officials who have offered damaging testimony about Mr. Trump, Mr. Sondland is a political supporter of the president who has interacted directly with him.

The question of a quid pro quo is at the heart of the impeachment investigation into Mr. Trump, which turns on whether the president abused his power when he asked a foreign power to target his political rivals.

Mr. Trump initially strongly denied there was any quid pro quo involving Ukraine, and numerous Republicans took up that refrain. But as the inquiry has unfolded, he and Republican lawmakers have gradually begun to move away from that position. Instead they have adopted the argument that a president insisting on a quid pro quo from a foreign government to benefit himself politically may be of concern, but it is not — in the words of Mr. Trump himself — “an impeachable event.”

Here is the bottom line Tex. There is nothing here to go to the extreme step of impeachment especially since in less than a year we have an election and the people can decide Trump's fate. If you were not blinded with TDS you would acknowledge that. For 2 years you let the media convince you there was something to the Russian Witch Hunt hoax that fizzled out. Talk about a liar what about Adam Shifty Schiff who already has been caught in multiple lies? Because Schiff hates Trump as much as you do you seem to overlook such a big liar as Schiff.

Here is what I have heard from less partisans. Trump's phone call may not be "perfect" like Trump claims but it is NOT an impeachable offense. I heard it as (using a football analogy) comparing  a football player getting a lifetime suspension over a minor 5 yard penalty. Congress should be having oversight hearings about this not impeachment. The impeachment sham is all political led by one of the biggest lying congressman  Adam (Shifty) Schiff

BTW - remember Pelosi saying she would not have an impeachment unless there was bi partisan support. There is zero bi partisan support except with possibly Pierre Delecto AKA MItt Romney. Pelosi caved to the radical extreme of her party and I hope the dems pay a price for taking this country down 4 years of endless investigations of Trump instead of working on the issues most Americans care about and not accepting the results of the 2016 election.

And since it didn't happen regardless of how many multiple testimonies anybody made the question remains so what?

And if anybody cared, which you don't, about the Ukraine and their relationship with the United States of America under the Obama Administration it would seem to me you should suspect a wink and a nod after Doling out millions of dollars to Joe Biden's kid. He would if it were Eric Trump.

Probably the biggest testimony is coming today with Sondland. So we will see what happens. If he says there was a quid pro quo and he actually heard that from Trump and not just his opinion that would be huge but up to now all the witnesses have had said there is no evidence of a quid pro quo or as the dems new focus group approved word bribery...Everyone knows that the corrupt Ukranian company was buying influence with Biden's son. Just because Biden is running for president that should not make him immune from an investigation.

Prep that anchor for Rudy's neck.

I've been watching the proceedings and so far Sondland has been by far the most damaging to Trump. It will be interesting to see how the cross examination goes..Sondland will have to explain this:

Sondland is quibbling with himself on the definitions of terms, I think. The Ukraine NEVER KNEW THE MILITARY ASSISTANCE WAS BEING WITHHELD, and then it was released.

the left has to stop with the haha here's a "lie with really nice icing on it" on it crap.

OTH, there is absolute legal justification for the president to ask the Urkaine to investigate an obvious possible crime, including obstruction of justice. and biden's ADMITTED AND BRAGGED ABOUT quid pro quo by Joe.

the left has only nothingburgers to chew on, because President Trump will get elected again, no close one, in 2020 on the economy, etc.

The left's polling numbers are very, very bad over the farce/circus "ole" kangaroo court imaginary impeachment over nothing nonsense.

So they went "public". and now it just adds fuel to the fire.

Tex laughs at weird crap....

here, Tex, from your own msn.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/blumenauer-calls-for-sondland-hotel-boycott/ar-AAIxzw5

really now. Sondland didn't want to testify, so the blumenauer freak wants a boycott of their family business.

sounds like extortion to me. then sondland DID testify, and danced around like gerbil on lsd.

guess what?

https://www.wweek.com/news/2019/11/20/congressman-earl-blumenauer-tweets-gordon-sondland-welcome-to-the-resistance/

Congressman Earl Blumenauer Tweets: “Gordon Sondland, Welcome to the Resistance”

Spokesman says Blumenauer's call for a Provenance Hotels boycott is over: "He's moved on."

this is a BLOCKBUSTER !

and....

    in further grilling...

Sondland admitted there was NO EVIDENCE of a quid pro quo at all.

It's just that he surmised that there was.

More slanted opinions contrary to evidence.

It's a disgrace on the left, the dangerous deep state, and every single dem;/leftist liar in Congress.

Tiam - .....the profound abuse of leftists in gov positions, and the absolute asinine...ness of the entire witchhunt is just cause for incredulous shouting. Were it not so dangerous and worrisome, it would also be just cause for great laughter and ridicule.

But this kangaroo court farce is serious dangerous business to our country.

Yeah, if they don't believe anything other than what their king says it a waste of time. Facts = whatever they are told by their king. I see the board has turned into a righty safe place.
