So sad they are but they have to do it. Their constitutional duty compels it. A "heavy heart" not for regretting having to impeach a president by doing "the right thing"... a heavy heart because they know they have nothing, and after all that has been invested, conceding now would make them look like bigger a-holes then they already are.
