If he spends his entire career in Cleveland we'll do great. Berry was legitimately a good DB at Harvard - all assertions that Berry is "Only Analytics" are simply wrong. What I find amazing is that he came to the Browns AFTER the HC (Stefanski) was in place, yet they seem to always be "on the same page". Stefanski hired as HC 1/13/2020 Berry hired as GM & Executive VP of Football Operations 1/27/2020 (a full 2 weeks AFTER the Stefanski hire!)
