The whataboutism is STONG here.... Hunter to my knowledge was never president. If Hunter and Joe are guilty of anything- it's (by comparison) jaywalking compared to the string of felonies DJT is accused of.

There's around good 91 reasons why Trump is in a legal mess. It's hopeless to give the reasons to a brainwashed cultist, but I'll repeat some of them for the record. Hey Brad, can you just find me 10,000 or so votes? Pretty please? Come on down, it will be WILD!!! I'll even lead the charge up Capitol Hill, but those pesky Secret Service guys wouldn't let me. So, I'll just go back to the White House and beat off watching the carnage- even though associates and family told me to stop the shit show. Then taking top secret documents down to Maga Retardo, storing them in a f**cking bathroom, and showing them to people with no security clearance. By his own recorded statements... THAT a good enough reason for you? Compromising National Security? Probably not.  :(   And I'll even have my employees delete security camera footage to cover it up.   FYI, Grand juries indicted Orangie, not Joe. Not to mention civil stuff in New York. E Jean's got him on the hook for 5 million (and probably more). The only technicality there (regarding rape) is Jean had her eyes closed, and couldn't tell if it was his tiny dick or his finger. If you believe his paling around with Epstein- and there wasn't some sex going on- please don't play the oblivious card. LOL, I saw Stormy is having quite the hoot about his mugshot.

Care to talk about Kushner's billion buck deal with the Saudis?

If you were being accused of a crime and the so-called evidence was on a computer that was sitting in a pawn shop or repair facility, you would be saying the same thing. It has nothing to do with my political beliefs. I know I wouldn't want someone trying to put me into prison for data on a computer that was accessed by someone and god knows who else and couldn't prove it wasn't 100% authentic.

Go look in a mirror pal.... I tried to enlighten you on how chain of custody works, but it's like talking to a brick wall. FWIW, I'm fine if that Special Prosecutor can dig up enough crimes on Hunter to toss him in jail. He's already had several years to do so, BTW. Just sayin' whatever is on that laptop won't figure into it- because it can't.

Not 1\2 as delusional as the cultists who populate this forum. My grip on reality is just fine, thank you very much. It's your problem if you can't see out of your rabbit hole. Yeah, those 91 indictments (that I gave the reasons for some of)- that happens to be reality. It shows why alternate reality lives here. Deny, deflect, insult.

I see Vambo had to crank up his insult meme generator again. Par for the course when you can't refute what's posted.

Here's your dose of reality DHB... Poor, poor widdle Donnie... Can't keep track of all the court cases without a program, I'm happy to provide them for ya.  :D You're welcome...

NY City Business Fraud 10\2\23

Certain to be delayed- some Georgia RICO defendants 10\22\23

NYC Carroll- Trump redux 1\15\24

NYC MORE Business fraud 1\29\24

LOL, dueling trials... Fulton County, or 1\6 Federal charges?  3\4\24

NYC Stormy hush money 3\25\24

Last, but not least- Mar a Lago documents... 5\20\24

And some cultists still think this guy is fit to handle the nuclear suitcase? Mind boggling.

oh, baloney.

you ARE a rabbit hole. You got nothin' but space. Files on that laptop have DATES. Of course, you think the russians planted them on hunter's laptop?

Jack "hitman" smith - his top guy visited the WHITE HOUSE with an FBI AGENT, before the bogus charges were filed.

You like the kgb accusing America of spying.

Your venting is really getting to be asinine.

The truth would set you free (maybe not free of booze...) but you demand to be a victim of the lies.

You're so far gone Cal you wouldn't know what reality is if it walked up to you and bit you in the ass. I'm sure Woody will back me up on that.   :)

FYI, if you're smart enough to run a computer repair shop- you're in all likelihood smart enough to fake dates and porn movies on a laptop too.

LOL!!! That your conspiracy of the day? Please buy a clue- It's not the FBI, DOJ, assorted state and Federal prosecutors who are corrupt- It's the corruptest former president in the history of the United States.  And no-one else is even close. The pigeons have finally come home to roost.

more baloney. I'm smart enough to have been a corporate programmer/analyst-business analyst consultant with a few very huge companies.

You must be in a drunken stupor if you think the computer repair shop guy could make all of those pics of garbage things of hunter biden etc.

and maybe you think it's just someone who "looks" like hunter biden who took several trips on Air Force 2. Gosh, maybe you think it was the computer repair guy who created a hologram of hunter and joe biden.

Maybe, if you are really in a drunken stupor, you believe that little green men from the planet Stupor came to earth and made the fbi lie to congress, lie to the FISA court, withhold a lot of evidence, ...pay big money to social media to bribe them to pretend the hunter laptop wasn't real.

Of course, then you probably believe you add anything intelligent to any conversation on this forum.

  Wrong again.

and yes, the woodpecker surely would kiss his nanny's rear end.

Not impressed am I.

In October 2019, the FBI became aware that a repair shop had a laptop allegedly belonging to Hunter Biden and that the laptop might contain evidence of a crime. The FBI verified its authenticity in November of 2019 by matching the device number against Hunter Biden's Apple iCloud ID

So?  As I've been trying to get through your thick heads...  Where's the chain of custody... And um....  Where's the laptop now?

Not only has the chain of custody been broken when the owner of the repair shop admitted to accessing the computer be he also made copies of it. And I don't see how you could even move forward with any kind of investigation based on the data on that laptop. ANd I'm not defending Hunter Biden in any way which I have stated before, it's just the law 😄

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't chain of custody begin after law enforcement obtains such evidence?

It has nothing to do with the events prior, such as when how or what went on with it while the shop keeper held it.

Once submitted to authorities then it follows a chain, are you guys trying to say the chain was broken before or after law enforcement received the laptop?

You guys seem hard at work to discredit the evidence while pretending it's not just to piss in our cheerios, so apply your own logic and deductive reasoning to dismantle the case against Trump. They are indicting him on phony charges just like all the past times they tried indicting him. Is the third time a charm? So you guys want to jump on this band wagon even after all their prior failed attempts because this time they really did find something and are being honest about it.

91 counts sounds like they hit him with everything they could imagine to see what sticks. You guys hate Trump so much (for no valid reason I've seen yet) that you ignore all the technicalities that you seem to gloat about in the Hunter case and I don't even think you sleuths got that right.

What were the crimes again? Let me know when a grand jury indicts someone. I'm sure it's right around the corner, you know because there is so much evidence of some unidentified crime.

Disliking some asshole who tried to destroy your country is completely reasonable.

It's been a good year for accountability.

Rudy Giuliani loses defamation lawsuit from two Georgia election workers | CNN Politics

A federal judge has determined Rudy Giuliani forfeits the defamation lawsuit from two Georgia election workers against him, a decision that could lead to significant penalties for the former Donald Trump attorney.

Giuliani lost the case because he struggled to maintain access to his electronic records, partly because of the cost, and couldn’t adequately respond to subpoenas from attorneys for Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss as the case moved forward.

The mother and daughter are asking for unspecified damages after they say they suffered emotional and reputational harm, as well as having their safety put in danger, after Giuliani singled them out when he made false claims of ballot tampering in Georgia after the 2020 election.

The rules for chain of custody seem pretty clear. The laptop was dropped off for repair. The shop owner then took it upon himself to access the laptop which I don't understand why someone would do that anyhow if you're paying them to repair it. The second he accessed the hard drive broke chain of custody.

I want to know where the crime scene was. The laptop was dropped off for repair, last time I checked that's not a crime. The shop owner broke the chain of custody by searching the computer and then made copies of it.  Then the F.B.I. examined the laptop based on what? They got a warrant based on the shop owners word that there was a crime committed? Where's probable cause for the warrant?

From what I understand. The laptop was considered abandoned, so it becomes the shop owner property. The physical machine anyways. The content of the hard drive is more complicated.

It's amazing that the crowd that hates the FBI is totally ok with them going through someones hard drive after somebody else has already gone though it and made copies of it. Wonder what they would think if it was their cell phone or computer the FBI was going through?

Chain of Digital Evidence

As technology has advanced, digital evidence has become a more common part of legal proceedings. This includes text messages, social media conversations, photographs, videos, information stored on hard drives, and more.

Just as with physical evidence, law enforcement must maintain a chain of digital evidence. This is especially important as someone could easily erase or manipulate the data. The following example of chain of custody steps can help preserve the reliability and relevancy of evidence.

After law enforcement collects digital evidence, a computer forensics technician analyzes the data before making a copy. The technician may install “a write blocker” or password to reduce the risk of altering the data. Some even use digital hashing to secure the evidence.

The hash uses an algorithm to create a unique impression of the digital content. If anyone alters the data, the algorithm creates a new hash making the tampering apparent. After securing the data, the technician will tag the hardware or device and lock it up. To maintain the chain of digital evidence, anyone that accesses the hardware must log it in and out.

You obviously no comprendo pal.  Nice try there at a conspiracy that isn't going to hold up in court.  Ever hear of someone f**cking around with a crime scene trying to cover stuff up before the cops get there?  No? Well, this 100% applies here.

The shopkeeper accessed the data- AND made copies of it...  BEFORE he turned it over to (whoever).  Totally reliable my ass. Aw, no way he (or the KGB for all we know) could have altered it, and he's totally honest?  Horseshit... Keep on keeping on that laptop is reliable evidence. It's DOA if Gym Jordan and his pals ever try to admit it as evidence in a legal proceeding.

Anything to pin the donkey on Hunter I see.....  Law enforcement routinely does an inspection to see if a potential crime scene has been compromised...  "I smell bleach to remove blood stains" etc.  There is absolutely NO way you can prove in a court of law that the shop keep owner didn't manipulate the data on that laptop, given he had it in his possession for months. That (in all probability) anyone could have played with that computer in the meantime means the data could have been compromised.

I already posted once on how those 91 felony indictments of your Mango Messiah are totally legit- and the process of Grand Juries, not Joe Biden. I'm not going to repeat myself, you Cultists are too far gone.
