So much losing. Make sure you up your month donates to Cheetos!

Trump must pay New York Times $400k for 'frivolous' lawsuit (lawandcrime.com)

A judge in New York has ordered Donald Trump to fork over nearly $400,000 in legal fees underpinning a now-dismissed lawsuit he brought against the newspaper and a trio of its reporters when they published a bombshell series of reports on his history of tax schemes and “riches” reaped from his father.

The order was first reported by Times reporter Susanne Craig, one of the report’s authors. Per the order, fees are also due to reporters David Barstow and Russ Buettner.

The claim from Trump was dismissed by a New York Supreme Court judge last May, who found that reporters were “entitled to engage in legal and ordinary news-gathering activities without fear or tort liability — as their actions are at the very core of protected first amendment activity.”

The biggest loser found to be a loser outside of the USA.

Christopher Steele: UK High Court throws out Trump ex-spy dossier case (bbc.com)

In Thursday's ruling in London, Mrs Justice Steyn DBE said she did not make any judgement on the allegations themselves but found Mr Trump's claim had not been brought within the six-year limitation period.

"There are no compelling reasons to allow the claim to proceed to trial," she wrote.

A statement is expected from Mr Steele later today.

The case stems from 2016, when a US political consultancy asked Mr Steele's company to produce a report into potential Russian interference in that year's US general election.

The project was paid for by Hillary Clinton's Democrats and other political opponents of Mr Trump.

He did raise $19 million from the MAGA CULT last year.   However, he also listed $50 million in legal fees. (did he actually pay them inquiring minds wan to know).

It's the KTOOJ fund... Keep Trump out of Jail fund... Not tax deductible I might add...

They are waiting for Cheetos's appeals. You know the one where he thinks he is above all laws. I'm sure you think he is.

Bragg will be up first in March. Cheetos losing 200+ million will be sometime this month. May be new charges for the tax evasion uncover by the Cheetos's business monitor.

Update from the Steele case. Cheetos can lose just a bad in other countries.

Cheetos gets pay put more money for his stupidity.

In a new ruling she also ordered Mr Trump to pay Orbis's costs "of the entire claim".

The order, obtained by the PA news agency on Thursday, also said Mr Trump has made no attempt to bring an appeal.

Mr Steele, who previously ran the Secret Intelligence Service's Russia desk, was the author of the so-called Steele dossier.

This included uncorroborated intelligence claims, denied by Mr Trump, that the former US president had been "compromised" by the Russian security service, the FSB.

The High Court was told last year that Mr Trump was bringing a data protection claim over two memos in the dossier which claimed he had taken part in "sex parties" in St Petersburg and engaged in "golden showers" with prostitutes in Moscow.

Mrs Justice Steyn said Orbis has estimated its costs to be more than £600,000.

Two days get Carroll's money.

Cheetos doesn't need a loan. He has cult of people like you, who give him money. 😁

And Mr Trump is getting really squeezed for cash now despite his many. "strange"  money making ploys.  Truth is his legal, court costs, repeated losses in courts it keeps on rolling.

Now if he loses yet again on his ability to do business in New York he's really screwed !

He's running out of properties to sell ....  even at fire sale prices.  With many cases yet to come on his bad business dealings.    Stay tuned.      :o

I doubt he owns much of his buildings, he bragged about being the king of debt. Should have a better idea come March 25th. A billionaire should be able to come up with the bond.
