The Browns were hosting the Bengals and Mangini surprised everybody by starting Ratliff. Anderson was so pissed off that he left the stadium and was not found anywhere. Ratliff fumbled the opening snap and the Bengals returned it for a touchdown. In comes -- Jeff Garcia. I guess we signed him at some point. Garcia leads us to a 29-23 victory, but I missed the last two minutes of the game, for some reason I was walking around in the woods and had to get updates on my phone. Drunkandstoopid Posted October 3, 2009 Report Share Posted October 3, 2009 I still think they should sign Garcia, get rid of Quinn, start whichever looks between DA and Garcia the rest of the season then start thinking about the future.
