Avery looks much quicker. Shows on the tackle on the screen pass right before half. He was pass rushing, diagnosed the screen, and made it outside in time to trip up the receiver.

Duke is a mismatch against LBs and Safeties. Not corners

Chubb isn’t the quickest but he is definitely fast for his size. Once he gets into stride, good luck.. Hilliard is a solid #2 until Hunts arrival. As, Flugel said, give the man some reps.

This rookie defense seems to be loaded. Greedy, Redwine, Wilson, Taki.. who knows which one will step in and make an impact.

Higgins and Landry have reliable hands, and OBJ is spectacular.. I am aware. Anybody can get sidelined. AC11 is the next man up, so his development and catching the damn ball is very important

You saw it on the plays where he didn’t lay his body on the line to make a game changing play. Like in the Raiders game. If he would’ve had some balls on that play, it was an game winning INT. But he knew it was coming with contact and didn’t make the play.

Collins had moments, Like the alligator arm interception attempt very late in the game against the Raiders, that made it look like he was here for the check only. He was the most experienced and talented LB, he just didn’t play the hardest here.
