In two and half quarters I watched…
    Dobbs wasn’t winning this one.

I think we lost to a team with a very good offensive game plan and a QB that had an MVP type performance.  I hate heaping praise on Lamar but he was great today.

^^^thats what we will need if we want to do anything this year.

Well, may not win with dobbs but at least be competitive and have a chance at the game. That’s all you really want from a qb2

Yep, said this on Wednesday and I was extremely confident DTR would get the chance, especially with the bye week pending. I feel terrible for the fans, the players, and for Joe Thomas.

We all said, all of us, that if Watson didn't learn to slide he would get hurt. Well, guess what happened? I don't see any way Browns win, absolutely none. Ravens will crowd the line of scrimmage, take away short passes, take away the runs, and basically blitz every play. We literally might not get a first down in the first half.

Sorry fellas, it really sucks. Choked away Steelers game, and now we don't get our QB for an effing home division game.

I think it’s a bit early to count them out…

Watson lit up the titans but single handedly lost the Steelers game, we just need DTR to not turn it over.

Regarding the bold 'peen If Watson doesn't start playing at least 1\2 decently WERE SCREWED. To the tune of the $195 million guaranteed we'll still owe him to get him here. That contract is going to be a cap busting albatross if he flops.

Regarding Chubb- looks like that was a shades of Willis McGahee destruction of his knee. Just saw they're now talking two separate surgeries to repair it.  :(

The two separate surgeries isn’t actually a bad thing. It’s separate for meniscus and separate to repair the ligaments. They seem to believe that repairing them separately is better for faster rehab. So not that they can’t do it in one, but that it’s actually better to do it separately.

  4. Yea Watson is trash. Will he suddenly become elite again, seems unlikely.

I don’t understand the excuses last week either, everybody talks like it was a huge blizzard with white out conditions. It was a light drizzle.

I’m not very optimistic that we’ll see dramatically better qb play all of a sudden, Watson had numerous games by now and a full training camp. Kevski may not be the best at scheming to his strengths, but baker had his best season under Kevin and even Jacoby brisket looked competent in this offense.

no excuses for the guy, he’s just playing like ass and we’re stuck with him.

  5. Chubb, just awful - hope his career isn’t affected but it’s quite possible as I’d assume multiple ligaments are torn…

Watson, what a pile of… a $230M QB shouldn’t be the reason you lose games.

Defense - absolutely love it, Schwartz is a huge upgrade over woods as everybody knew. Too bad they don’t have a competent offense otherwise we’d be a very scary team…

  6. If anyone watched baker play for Cleveland they’d see a mediocre QB that couldn’t throw over his line unless it was 30 yards over his receivers dead.

the guy got benched for darnold and cut, reportedly locker room cancer.

he has two good games and now we all love him? Makes no sense.

watson played average which is whatever, but baker is not an nfl starter.

  7. College overtime rules are the best and always have been the best.

The fact ties exist at all is stupid.

But as is, I think both teams should get at least one offensive possession regardless of a TD or not in OT.

  8. I'm guessing Seattle is going to roll with Drew Lock.

People like Baker because of his energy, has a visible passion for the game.

But the reality is he sucks, teams don't view him as a starter because he isn't. Camp Baker will need to stop looking for places he can be a starter and find someone who'll take a very expensive backup for 1 year.

Guessing it won't be an osweiler situation, but don't see the browns getting much more than a 4th.

  9. I haven't been involved on BB for awhile cuz life, but I still skulk around in the shadows sometimes.

No idea how the BB is running now, but kubernetes would replace the existing infrastructure basically. If interested I could coordinate the migration and give access to a namespace where it runs in.

Basically it would eliminate all of the maintenance and hosting requirements. Certificates auto renewed, database would be in the cluster, etc, etc. The cluster has like 100GB of ram and 16+ CPUs so running the invision board there is a drop in the bucket.
