And as to "owning" the Bengals,  maybe you've missed on how they've been playing of late. See any of those highlights where they totally demolished the Ravens?  FWIW, Harbaugh was sort of bitching that the Bengals were running up the score.

Uh... Did you miss the fact that the Ravens where playing with their 9th string CB's?

Oh and Josh Johnson and whatever was left of the Ravens after COVID still put 21 points up

A legal Deshaun Watson is 10 times better then Baker Mayfield. It isn’t even close

Watson is younger, already has a contract, and is a PRO BOWL QB. He has Baker beat on EVERY FRONT

Ya except for the fact that he's been accused AND admitted too 20 different sexual misconduct acts with 20 different women...

You dumping 3 first rounders and a few starters for that guy? That's playing with fire. I doubt Berry takes the risk.

    So who then? NYG?

    That was the rumor.

Then he came out and said he ain't leaving and plans to be in Seattle for 20 more years

Type his name into Google though. 20 teams names pop up as reported suitors.

Sounds like a massive price tag to me. And he just lost to the Bears... Against Nick Foles.

Our best shot is with Watson. That's IF he clears his legal problems, I would absolutely take a shot on him. Sure, I don't want a guy who's guilty of sexual misconduct if he is in fact guilty. But this is the Browns, we don't have options. You have to take scummy guys sometimes to win - Big Rape won two Super Bowls, Antonio Brown is trash and he won one last year, Tyreke Hill beat and choked his girlfriend and won a SB. And let's not forget our good friend Kareem Hunt and his video altercation with a woman (the video isn't as bad as the NFL made it out I will admit). He came to Cleveland, stayed out of trouble and has been awesome for this franchise. He's probably my third favorite player behind Chubb and Garrett. No one seems to care or remember what he did. Let's face it, this franchise is desperate for a Super Bowl, if someone with a questionable past comes in here and performs well and wins, the fan base won't care what they did in the past.

Ya, but Big Rape was already drafted by the Steelers. Another team didn't give up multiple first rounders to get him.  I could see the Browns making the trade then 20 more people coming out to accuse him of something after they get him, cause that's how it works here.

Hunt was signed of the street. For peanuts. That doesn't work, all you lose is money.

  5. I still want to know why Aaron Rodgers would want to come here?  The guy has D. Adams. We have a 6th rounder. How many first rounders and what pro bowlers you giving to GB to make that happen anyway? 3 firsts and Chubb? 3 firsts and Garrett? Then Rodgers retires the next year. Then where/how do you get him a legit WR? Aaron ain't running Kev's playbook.

Russell Wilson? Dude has DK Metcalf and Leggett. We have a 6th rounder. (Not to mention, Russ looks pretty bad this year...) His wife ain't moving to Cleveland either.

Watson has 20 different people accusing him of sexual misconduct. 20 different people. AND he admitted he did it, maybe that shit passes then he's available. How many first rounders you giving up? That the kinda guy you wanna hang your franchise on..?

Matt Ryan? 37 years old. What's he got left? How much you giving up?

I've always had Derrick Carr in the back of my head. Seems pretty likely he is out in LV. But after watching his play last week against our backup JV squad....

I really don't see anything but the draft being an option.

    Yippee.

    Interesting Stats

ESPN quoted the "Bad Throw%" stat from that link [click on accuracy, sort by bad%] in their summary of the game.

I'm surprised he is his only the 4th worst at off target passes.

What I don't understand is how he can miss those 5-8 yard throws so poorly and throw that dime to DPJ down the field, double covered and hit the guy in the only place the ball could go... Wtf?

FYI, that guy we couldn't run out of town fast enough had six catches on seven targets for 70+ yards  and a TD tonight.

Meh.  OBJ has Cupp doing all the heavy lifting while he plays second fiddle and eats the scraps.  He was suppose to be WR1 here.

I do the first read gets taken away Baker sits in a clean pocket puts his head down and tries to scramble out of it.

I like me some tressel ball but you Can’t do it with a gunslinger, a shaky kicker and a punter you just pulled off the street.

Ya, but we got three receivers jammed into a corner playing grab ass 6 yards up the field with one CB guarding them all.

I've seen a slant work before. I swear I have!

Christ, have a TE line up in the slot 5 wide and have him run 3 yards straight up the field and toss him the ball for 23 yards like every team seems to do to us

My biggest disappointment is KS taking the foot off the gas in the 2nd half.. Was Baker perfect?.. No... But he made the plays he needed to make to help win the game... The Defense is finally getting turnovers and scoring points...

    Ya no shit.

Baker was 15-17 with two TD's ending the 2nd quarter (with Hooper dropping the ball again...)  And Kev comes out with some FB passes and 2 yard runs all half. WTF.

We finally start forcing the ball down field and we either get big gains or we get the same PI calls other teams get in one on one coverage. Kev sees that and goes back to his bleed the clock game.

Same shit he pulled in the Chargers game
