HOLY FUCKING SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure some computer algorithm somewhere told Dreamy to do that... Too bad he doesn't have a football IQ of his own.Β

Just when I've thought I've seen all of the terrible game day coaching calls as a Browns fan, Kyle says hold my beer....Β

Still can be some magic. Stef will eventually have to go up tempo and hopefully we can get a favorable personnel matchup trapped for several plays.Β
Time for Mr Dreamy to be the genius OC that he thinks he is...Β

Wasted a TO to do what should've been done right from the start. Absolutely terrible game day coaching. This is the shit that loses games.Β
Punt it you dumb mother fucker.Β Β

The 1st time the 9ers have been put into difficulty this year and so far the pressure is a bitch.Β

There is not a single player, coach or fan wearing red that doesn't now know they are in a freaking dawg fight.

It really was. Man Bone, if we'd run the ball more on 1st down we wouldn't be in all these 3rd and longs. We're actually getting 3-4 yards on every rush, why these foolish, low percentage passes on first? That first play of the 2nd half was a gorgeous bootleg, but he tossed it to a double covered dude. He could've run for 5-7 yards, easy. Then, after the Cooper highlight, we run ANOTHER long pass play on first. Am I nuts?
I totally agree. I'm a bit of an old school, more conservative, AFC Central type of guy, but totally agree.Β

Just caught up to live TV and am pretty damn surprised and impressed. If Stef can somehow find a way to score 4 more points than the 9ers in the second half, this game would set the tone for the rest of the season.
^ Now I did start that second sentence with If followed by Stef, so there's that...

I had been out of high school for 5 months and was already an expert at operating a shovel as an apprentice electrician and was seriously reconsidering my life choices and wondering if there was any way to get back to that school.
Bernie and Marty helped ease my transition into manhood for the next few years... Awesome times for sure.Β

God love the 49ers for beating the Bengals in Superbowls past, but letβs beat their ass and make love to all their women this weekend.Β
And l mean ALL their women. Iβm planning to tap Nancy Pelosi doggie style after this one.Β
I went through all of the emotions in under a second..... Belly roll laughter, followed by horror, ending in nausea.
Now do remember, this is San Francisco, so an undercarriage check and verification is mandatory before any doggie style activities are commenced.Β

I'm sure sooner or later there will be some kind of a leak that his teammates are pissed that he didn't strap it up.

if this is correctβ¦I believe Stefanski reported he was medically cleared to playβ¦did someone else say this? Β Stefanski is typically careful with his words probably too careful to a fault. Β Why ignite this situation with βhe was cleared but the he determined he couldnβt goβ. Probably not the perception you need to put out there to what is believed to be a mentally fragile player. Β
ΒIm going to guess Probably half of our roster would suit it up if the doctors said βI donβt knowβ. Β They are playing for their next contract so of course something like this may not sit well with them.Β
Ding ding. This right here is going under a lot of noses. Stef could've easily said that:
"Watson tried to go but just couldn't make the throws we felt he needed to make for us to be competitive against a tough division rival, so we as a staff decided it was in the best interest of the team to put a player under center that gave us the best chance to win. Additionally it gives Watson an extra week to heal up with the upcoming bye."Β
But instead he carefully chose his words to basically say "Hey, dude could've gone but elected not to"..... This was not an accident or a slip of the tongue, but rather a deliberate statement for reasons that only Kevin knows.Β
^ My opinion and guess from 2,312 miles away? Watson is not Stef's dude. Period.Β

I'm sorry man, going into a bye and a huge early game it sits really shitty with me. You had Carr go with a bum shoulder, Burrow with his calf, and a dude medically cleared to play chooses not to. I'm not naive or aloof to the world not being a movie, but tough to swallow.
Business decision... gotta be healthy to spend all that guaranteed money. Give me 53 on the final year of their contracts any day.Β
