He certainly seems likeable. His intelligence concerns however go well beyond his Wonderlic score.

Never heard of it. Sure gets good reviews though, sort of a higher quality White Castle?

A McDouble w/ cheese is literally the perfect road sandwich and quite delicious to me.

Jalapeños really vary in hotness. Different strains go from damn near mild to pretty hot. Once you deseed and cook they lose quite a bit of the fire. When I make these even the people who aren't chili heads devour them. Sometimes I stuff the pepper with sausage and cheese and then bacon wrap.

It's almost time to start planning the Draft Day food extravaganza. I'm thinking mine will revolved around some apple jalepeno BBQ applewood smoked ribs and atomic Buffalo turds

It was good but would not put it at top of my list. Pretty basic on flavor and vinegary. My wife made an Italian beef last year that was the bomb. Trying to find that recipe. It had peppers, dry Italian dressing, Worcester garli onions etc.

Love lists like this. I live about 30 minutes north of Mansfield and go there every weekend for groceries. I will have to try both of those listed.

I love Skyline chili dogs with hot shredded cheese onion and mustard. Wife HATES it. Tony Packos is ok but I wouldn't go out of my way to go there

Great weather for sure. I think I am going to fire up my smoker and do 6 racks of BBQ ribs!

I do this and occasionally swap the pepper out for cabbage and voila cabbage roll soup.

Lets take it right down Rachel Ray alley HAHA, So I got this nifty device for Christmas called a Sous Vide Immersion stick. I made chicken breast yesterday that was so moist its hard to believe it was chicken. Tomorrow I am using it to do 8 lbs. of herb crusted prime rib to EXACTLY 138 degrees. Using the sous vide and then reverse searing to give it a nice crust. MMMMM

I cook Brussels sprouts in a pan with bacon, when tender I add balsamic vinegar and sugar and reduce. . The results is a sweet bacony delight. Seriously people devour it and are amazed they love Brussel sprouts.

For away games I either fire up the Big Green Egg or electric smoker. For the smoker it's gonna be pulled pork with vinegar finishing sauce and homemade BBQ on the side, slaw and buns. If not pulled pork I'll smoke some ribs with a Memphis rub. With the egg this year I've done half lb sirloin burgers with aged white cheddar, thick pepper bacon and grilled onion on buttered toasted brioche. Last game I cranked it up to about 550F and did Tandoori chicken skewers and some marinated thighs for shawarma. Sheet I just made myself hungry lol.
