  1. My grandmother who lived to 98 once told me that time accelerates once you get past 70. She said the time between 50 and 70 does seem like about 20 years, but the time between 70 and 90 seemed more like about 2. Anyway, welcome to retirement (soon). I have never once regretted it.
  2. Well Edgerrin Cooper LB Texas A&M had an interview with the Bucs. Maybe I should visit cal over on their website now.😁
  3. I think you will find the sideline to sideline you are looking for in later games in the season. That is where you will find the improvements and better stats from 2022 to 2023 seasons. https://www.espn.com/college-football/player/_/id/4430438/edgerrin-cooper
  4. For Cleveland Mayfield went 29-30 for games started in 4 years. For Cleveland Watson is 8-4 for games started in 2 years. I'd say the jury is still out for 2 more years before you can make a decision about whether Watson is the better (or worse) Browns QB of the two. You and cal both decided he was worse from the getgo. Only time will tell whether you were both right or wrong.
  5. It's not a Jihad against Mayfield. Some of us just don't think he is a top 10 take you to the Superbowl kind of QB and get tired of cal blowing nothing but smoke about him on a Browns Board while using his moral standards to discuss the guy (now guys) who are Browns QBs. Wouldn't bother me if he applied the same standards of conduct over on the poliboard as he now does to them.
  6. I think this one is a pretty fair overall look at him as a draft pick which is why I think he may still be there for round 3 if we fill a different area round 2. He's teachable and his overall combine score ranked him 1st among LBs. The thing no one seems to take into account is team leadership, something he has that I think will eventually translate well past being a rookie. https://www.nfl.com/prospects/edgerrin-cooper/3200434f-4f53-5990-fc98-570859860963
  7. She shoulda held out for $98mil.😁 $950,000 hardly even qualifies.
  8. Pat-a-cal, pat-a-cal Baker's the man. Pat those Baker cakes as fast as you can.🀫
  9. Oh, that won't happen.................................................LOLOLOLOL! ^ 🀣 |
  10. Here's some irony for you all. The two draft picks we used to get Jeudy came from the Watson and Mayfield deals. Now that there is funny.
  11. The problem is like Mike said in that cal keeps giving Mayfield reports on here (see above once again) that have nothing to do with the Cleveland Browns anymore, which is why I put up a TB site he can go visit instead of the same old Watson bad - Mayfield pure horsepucky.
  12. Why should the Browns fear ole Derrick? We only passed him over twice.
  13. Too bad your obvious disdain for a QBs' sexual problems don't seem to extend to your politician.
  14. Manziel competed 27% of his passes to Mike Evans, slightly above one quarter. So he did not clearly live off Evans' coattails. EDIT: Now let's go back to Heisman winner John Huarte of Notre Dame in 1964. He completed 114 passes, 60 of which were to Jack Snow. Now maybe there you could argue that Snow carried him on his coattails to the Heisman, because Huarte did not run for even 8 yards that season, whereas JM ran for 1410 his Heisman season, none of which he was seen riding any coattails.😁
  15. Shouldn't you be over here checking out their Orangeman Forum?😘 https://www.bucsnation.com/
  16. Why do I get the feeling tia is about to take Korsou Dog down to the River Jordan and baptize him (in football knowledge) the old fashion way. 😁
  17. I love this trade. Exactly what we needed for the WR position. I thought we were paying pretty close attention to those LBs too.
  18. Cal prefers cucumber juice while he gets a little alcohol rubdown.😁
  19. Put Henry behind a healthy Browns OL and we are ready for the playoffs.
  20. If I'd known it was that close I'd have paid a visit when we went to York a couple of years ago. I love that beer. I discovered the Mexican beer Modelo Negra on a driving trip from Texas through much of Mexico about 30 years back (think before drug cartels). Could not get it here until about a decade or so later. BTW the pyramids in Teotihuacan are well worth the visit. Pyramid of the Sun Β© Sacred sites
  21. PS-I really like Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout and from Mexico Modelo Negra
  22. I can get this here too. Sounds very good to me since I like high malt, low IPA. Size 4-15 oz cans Scotland- Stout- 4.2% ABV. Fresh roasted aroma with a hint of coffee from roasted barley. The addition of Chocolate malt adds a dark chocolate complexity. Clean, low levels of bitterness allows the key roasted and chocolate flavors to come to the forefront of this Scottish Stout. Belhaven Black
  23. Actually that looks like a single counter. 😁At least it wasn't πŸͺ„
