    Quite certain, won't see another coaching purge like the present.

     Nov. 1, parting ways with coach Josh McDaniels and general manager Dave Ziegler.

    On Nov. 27, the Panthers fired HC Frank Reich and GM Scott Fitterer

    Dec. 15, the Chargers dismissed coach Brandon Staley and GM Tom Telesco

     the Falcons HC dismissed Arthur Smith after their season finale Sunday.

    The Commanders fired GM & HC Ron Rivera on Black Monday. Hired former 49'ers suit, Adam Peters as new GM

    on Tuesday the Titans fired Mike Vrabel.

    Wednesday the Seattle Seahawks had relieved Pete Carroll of head-coaching duties but are keeping him in the organization as an adviser. (Nah!)

    Nick Saban, one of college football's coaching greats who won seven national championships and turned Alabama back into a national powerhouse that included six of those titles, announced his retirement Wednesday after 17 seasons in Tuscaloosa. Saban's replacement, Washington Huskies HC Kalen DeBoer was announced HC of Alabama on Friday 

    Thursday morning, the New England Patriots and coach Bill Belichick agreed to part ways, ending their 24-year run that included six Super Bowl championships. Jarod Mayo was pre-contracted to replace BB & announced HC Friday of Patriots

    “Looking back at our first game against the Browns, it was a lot of self-inflicted penalties,” Ryans said. “We made big plays; they were negated by penalties or just mishaps on our part. Again, we have to play clean football versus a really good team. You can’t go out and make mistakes, or they’ll capitalize on it, and they’ve shown that time after time after time.”

    The Texans finished the game with 10 penalties for 76 yards. Four were on the offensive line in the first half and then a few defensive pass interference calls set up touchdowns for the Browns.

    “We gave up too many explosive passes and Amari [Cooper] had an outstanding game,” Ryans added. “Watching it again, he had some of the best catches I’ve seen all year, even though guys were in coverage and in position, he still made unbelievable catches. He had an outstanding game, so we just have to be in position to cover him better. We have to make plays to get off the field on third-down as well.”

    so here's the Texans roster starter changes from when the Browns played them, to what they traveled to Colts with

    1) Biggest is Stroud is back, to replace Keenum at QB play (Browns had 3 sacks/6 QB hits/2 ints. Texans OL is beatable outside of LT Tunsil. RT Heck gave up all 3 sacks/ 2 to Smith vs Browns)

    2) WR Tank Dell went to IR (big loss), so the browns saw WR Noah Brown to replace him w/7 targets. WR Noah Brown missed the Colts game with a Back issue. TE Schultz 11 targets/ Nico Collins 6 targets VS BROWNS.

    3.) The Texans leader in sacks w/12.5 is DE J. Greenard. Greenard was OUT w/ankle at Colts.. Enter Jerry Hughes & rookie Will Anderson sharing Greenard snaps. Browns played J. Greenard but Will Anderson was inactive w/ankle

    4) Stroud, Will Anderson, LB B. Cashman, DT T. Tart (from Tenn. browns claimed but Texans had higher waiver claim) will play Browns this time.. Watch injury updates on DE Greenard & WR Noah Brown

    5) Combine Texans FB A. Beck with a lot of TE's they liked to play at Colts w/Stroud (off back foot/off balance didn't care to Nico Collins) .. Look for Texans coach to make back-end adjustments of Corners & Safety's to not get COOP toasted again..(or..Flacco rarely saw any pocket pressures).  Des King (pending crown hit)/ Pitre / J.Ward & D. Stingley gets Joe Flacco again !

    Flacco's not getting enough credit for putting the ball on the money, hitting his targets in stride in top speed forward motion. (Njoku/Cooper/Moore)

    11-20-23 Joe signed, and started practicing with some core guys..Flacco wasn't named a starter until at Rams week 13.. Dec. 14th (under a month)

    Bell,Tillman,Goodwin still don't get many reps with Moore & Coop still practicing .. 

    Stef possesses a WR3 that all bring differing change-ups ⚾  to his play calling schemes

    Class team Cleveland Browns !

    Browns QB Joe Flacco's deal includes a $75K incentive for each game he plays 50% of the snaps and the team wins.
    With Flacco resting tomorrow, the team converted that incentive to a $75K bonus for being on the 53-man roster to ensure he gets the money.
    Nice touch by Cleveland.
     
    In the big picture, for both the team and Flacco (who earned over $150 million in the NFL), the $75K is not a big deal.
    Making sure a veteran is respected and taken care of, both financially and through rest, is something that players (on the Browns and pending free agents) will notice.

    1.) If your putting this team at risk of playing a possible future Playoff home game? Than, Yes ! this team has something to still play for. 

    2.) Fuck the Steelers ! 😁 I'm already tired of hearing this media circle jerk on Mason Rudolph being team savior.. Ravens at home with backups ? So what.. Beat Tomlin and throw Mason & Pickett both under the year end Bus Lane in the Pen
