Sorry Spain, but great trade there for us.... hell... I'd throw in Ward just to seal it. At 6'1, 198 Howard has a shot at playing a full season.
Hunt? Once great.... and gave it his all to date this season... and got hurt in the process. Dude was a baller, but now he is in his 6th year of a job where the average life is... 2.6 years.
Doesn't help that he runs like a much bigger man to boot. Admirable? Sure, but... career shortening.

First off one has to decide if you are a "seller" or a "buyer". With no SB in sight that I can see, I am a seller... not a "tear it all down" seller, but a seller.
Combine that with my evolving RPO/ZBS "theory(?)" and I get...

Still love Baker's fire, his leadership, but his escapability is a concern. Give me a Jackson, Mahomes or even a Murray tad small, but elusive as hell for a SB run when they can survive a season.
Should have seen this trend coming given the successes of Dak and Wilson. Imma bet DePo did.... but football-Guy Dorsey? Nope.
Plenty of course-changing QBs in this upcoming draft. No instant turnaround types, but I see solid building-block developers.

Only the pocket guys with the fastest minds and quickest releases need apply for the old way. I only know of one of those... Rodgers. And even he seems resolved to cap-limit induced, time passing him by now.

Never underestimate the power of anticipation in a QB.
Case developed it after his very structured U OF H years (5 of them setting a ton of records in the process) playing behind Matt Schaub in HOU under Gary Kubiak... another such QB and former Ag.
When you have an average arm, it is what you have to do.
He's a great #2. Will win you the odd game here as he just did stepping in, but not gonna take you to the end of the rainbow... just a step closer. Kinda a cheaper Kurt Cousins
