Me too (JOK first, then Newsome, ). When we took Newsome, that was fine, but I just KNEW JOK was out of the picture. I figured he would go VERY early in the 2nd, but teams drafting for need plus some not knowing how to use JOK, allowed him to drop to where Berry trade slightly for one hell of a bargain. That man has nerves of steel.

Agree but Justin Gilbert and Cory Coleman come to mind as well...

 

6.  In Europe,  about a dozen of the top money  European soccer teams are trying to form a "Super League",  where they just play each other, and make their own TV deals, and, of course, try to keep ALL the money.     Could you see something like that being attempted by any of the teams in the major  North American Sports Leagues?  Where say all the "Big market" teams, join together and say  "we don't need all these small market teams,  let's just us 10-12  teams  form a league and play each other and  keep all the piles of cash"?

My favorite for best & easiest dip.....Key to this is NO salsa or tomatoes. Trust me, it's addictive!

1 lb roll of Bob Evans sausage (original in the white pack)...browned & crumbled

1 pack of Velveeta Mexican Cheese (cubed)

1 can ceam of celery soup

Combine all & microwave & stir at 2 minute intervals.

I serve with Shearers yellow tortilla rounds, but Scoops, etc work fine too.

I believe we will get our edge in free agency, sign/retain 2-3 more, & have a real shot at going BPA in the draft. That is what I hope for. Can anyone recall the Browns drafting for BPA since the Paul Brown days? I can't.

I have always liked Wentz, but I hate to see him back in the AFC opposing the Browns come playoff time. I think the change is what he needed.

I remember a long, long time ago when we'd go to or from one of the countless Cleveland Indians games or the memorable Cleveland BROWNS games some of the joints we'd hit some in small towns between our meeting point in Girard Ohio and the best location in the nation Cleveland !

Many of those small ma & pa joints I'm afraid are long gone now.......but great food, a juke box, some booths and maybe a pool table.

Ah memories !   Now doesn't that just look good !   

Puckers in North Canton.....Not an old place, but great food....the Chicken Quesadillas are fantastic!

Oldie but goodie.....John's Bar in Canton......Nothin' fancy, just all food is excellent & menu has some different stuff & lots of beer. I am ESPECIALLY partial to the Smelt (when available) with Cocktail Sauce & a Greek Salad! I've enjoyed John's since we moved to Canton in 1974. The quality is STILL as good as it was back then! It remains our favorite.
