there were a group of us that broke off from the backer bar  and we watched the games at my house people brought over homemade beer brats steaks what ever  we would get started by nine with myself making a breakfast for all and start in on the beers and the pregame show throw around the football and talk shit untill the game started  those days were fun

More seriously, the Rams traded all the way up to #1 to take Goff.   (I remember posting, The Rams want to win football games)   And when they decided that Goff was only good enough to GET them to the super bowl but not actually WIN it....they traded for Stafford.  I don't know that they'll WIN the super bowl, but I still maintain that The Rams Want To Win Football Games.  And they understand that it takes a really good QB to do that.
