Good season fellas. It was a miracle to make the playoffs with what we had left. Way too many injuries to make a Super Bowl run this year.

Unreal. I understand some of the rule changes by the NFL over the years, but the pussification of this league is out of control. How was that play anything but a running back running forward for yards? What was Saquon supposed to do there, take a knee or slide?

Stefanski and Schwartz should for surely win. Garrett has a good chance, Garrett is the best defensive player in the NFL on the best defense - so fuck TJ Watt. Flacco should win Comeback Player of the Year, Hamlin played 5 games this year with his total stats being 2 tackles so he literally did nothing in terms of performance - but the NFL might give it to Hamlin for PR purposes.

Definitely fuck the ratbirds, but if they win we get to rest our guys next week. We have so many guys playing injured, and with our luck this season I would rather avoid playing key guys next week because the injuries aren't stopping. I'd love to come out in the wild card round, hopefully against the shitty AFC South division winner, fully healthy and just pimp slap them.

I think we all know that while this defense was VERY good this season, it wasn't the #1 defense like the media kept saying. But I'll take what they did this year over the Joe Woods era. But today was a major letdown and probably the biggest disappointment of the day - the way this defense completely did not show up. Garrett/Ward were definitely not the same players after their injuries this season and our defense was flat footed with little intensity the entire game today (except JOK) - Houston used their speed and we had no answer.
It was an embarrassing loss, so while it sucks to lose like this, we had backups and practice squad players on the field.
The media fell in love with the Joe Flacco story (and it was an amazing ride).....then the media started thinking the Browns could win the Super Bowl this year. Any Browns fan knew this was insane/laughable. My expectations were maybe we could beat Houston - then get our brains beat in the second round by Baltimore, Buffalo, or the Chiefs. There was no overcoming the amount of injuries we had. Again, not an excuse for the no-show today but we overachieved at 11-6 this year (probably 12-5 if we play starters in Week 18).
