We need the defense to keep playing like they are playing and this game is over. Case Keenum is horrible and Houston can't stop Amari Cooper. It does suck seeing Bojorquez hitting a kick-off from the side of his foot like a soccer pass 😂

This absolute roller coaster of a season continues. We've been doing something we haven't done in a very long time - finishing games, winning the close ones, being resilient. Great win today, couldn't be happier.

Today's practice report

This is crazy. Just this week - Wills, Dawand, Hurst, now Delpit and Okoronkwo (potentially) all done for the year or out for the regular season. Ward, Hunt, Ford, Thornhill, Pocic, Elliott all banged up and questionable as of now. Hopefully all those guys suit up Sunday. At this pace we'll have a practice squad starting by the end of the season.

Maybe we can talk Hall of Famer Joe Thomas out of retirement 😂

The bottom line is we have been hit by the injury bug as worse as any team in the NFL this year. Cooper went out with a concussion, our best defensive player Garrett is playing with one arm with his banged up shoulder, Denzel Ward has been missing games. Not to mention the Chubb, Watson, Conklin season enders. There's injuries every season and there has to be depth to fill those in, but Chubb, Watson, Garrett, Ward, Cooper - if all those guys aren't playing or miss significant time/done for the year, that's very hard to overcome. That's our five best players. The bright side from Sunday is Flacco looked like a competent NFL quarterback, and he can still throw the deep ball. But my god do we need Cooper and Ward out there - Ward would have covered Puka way better and the Flacco/Cooper connection was working so we put up more points if he doesn't go out. And of course Puka goes out with what looks like a season ending injury, but comes back in the game and balls out - classic Browns luck.

And so it begins. The Joe Flacco Era.

I just got back from the game. I haven't seen the Browns in person since I moved to Colorado four years ago, great to see them in person! Denver has lots of transplants and fairweather fans, there were Browns jerseys everywhere. Sad outcome though, DTR looked great one or two drives but still misses too many throws, drops all over the place, Kev with some moron play calling. I know DTR is doing his best, but Flacco is most likely going to get a start once he knows the playbook?

Today is a great day. The Browns are 7-3 and beat the Steelers with a game winning drive by a 5th round rookie quarterback. A defensive that is dominant and a kicker who can kick. Oh and Myles Garrett >>>>>>>> TJ Watt. Miles is the best pass rusher in the league.

After dealing with Big Ben for two decades, it sure is nice to see the Steelers have dog shit at quarterback. Our defense was great again.
