  1. Are you screwing around again? I thought Texas had no state income tax. Texas does not have an individual income tax. Texas does not have a corporate income tax but does levy a gross receipts tax. Texas has a 6.25 percent state sales tax rate, a max local sales tax rate of 2.00 percent, and an average combined state and local sales tax rate of 8.20 percent Tex, get over here and straighten this out.
  2. Why all the hate? This is a tough one because I feel for the first time this is an equally matched division. No penciled in bottom dweller. Ravens 9-8 Bengals 9-8 Browns 9-8 Steelers 9-8
  3. So much misinformation in sports these days. This is so wrong only because there's no trading for a player that's been cut.
  4. Understood. None of us were to there to witness his demeanor and body language.
  5. Apparently, a true story. Wow. The kid's got balls.
  6. I'm not so sure about that. I'm not confident he even knew what he was talking about.
  7. You're just jealous because liberals can't meme. There's some truth to every joke, that's why liberal memes aren't funny. Nevertheless, a liberal taking the high road in maturity is funny.
  8. He said creditable, not credible. Two different meanings. Creditable simply means one deserving credit for something. His question is stupid. I posted the definition above.
  9. Do you even know what "creditable" means? 1. Deserving of often limited praise or commendation: The student made a creditable effort on the essay. As often as you've been a loser here, I'll give you credit for being persistent.
  10. Mahers quote was so superb I had to write it down. Conservatives use the term like it's their name, but you never hear anyone bragging about being a liberal. Democrats might want to think about what that means, because the implication is you're embarrassed by what the term has become, that the term is now irredeemably coupled with woke nonsense. So much of liberal politics nowadays is identity politics, and yet it seems we found the one thing that liberals won't identify as.... liberals.
  11. Too bad this "study" doesn't take into account that "democrat" is just another word for "misinformation", they need no unreliable sources.
  12. You try too hard. This is misinformation about misinformation and the first link in the second paragraph proves it. It also has no relation to the topic of "Republicans sharing misinformation". It points to a 2013 video of Rand Paul speaking to medical students essentially joking about how misinformation can be good thing as it relates to competition. I correlate that to misinformation purposely leaked to wartime enemies to gain an advantage. The full video of Rands talk. No, Sen. Rand Paul wasn't talking about COVID when he said ‘misinformation works’ - Poynter
  13. Baker will wake up that morning feeling dangerous. That is my prediction.
  14. My guess is that you may not have been exposed liberal indoctrination much due to the coursework required for your major as would a liberal arts major. It's not rhetoric. Aside from the fact that conservative speakers on campus have had to employ bodyguards, and members of Student Conservative Club harassed, there is on record professors and teachers who have chastised, discriminated against, and had given lower grades to those with conservative viewpoints. When you spoke of your belief in the "ruling class" guess who is included? The American Ruling Class. By Beatrice Walton. September 6, 2011. They are rich. They are powerful. And they are Ivy-League educated. They lead our country in everything from politics to banking to Wall Street and even academia. They include senators, corporate executives, federal government bureaucrats, finance moguls In looking for a source that meets your approval in trying to give you an example of student indoctrination, one of the very first stories I found was the article below. Lo and behold the video was banned, so you shouldn't deny that anti-conservative censorship is nothing but rhetoric as well. A political science professor used her syllabi to ask students “to write and speak in a way that does not assume American-ness, maleness, whiteness, heterosexuality, middle-class status, etc. to be the norm.” I explained that I thought being judged before the class even began and being forced to act in such a way ran against the mission of every institution of higher education. The article soon went viral. Talk radio show hosts discussed it on air and it got picked up all across the Internet at places such as The Wall Street Journal’s “Best of the Web Today.”
  15. In other words, the Bills weren't buying into the rumor just yet? The civil suits against Watson were already filed when the Browns perused him. Not at all similar situations. It was appropriate that the Bills cut him now since the allegations have resulted in lawsuits rather than cut him based on allegations alone.
  16. Please stick around, you are something everyone can laugh at.
  17. They are either that ignorant or just don't want to hear it.. They don't give damn that Americas free enterprise system gave entrepreneurs, many who started with nothing the drive to become successful and wealthy. The risks they took. Imagine had Steve Jobs had been told he would be forced to share his wealth.. God, do they hate that "My Pillow" guy. These were the Bernie Sanders voters.
  18. IF ITS YOUR BODY YOUR CHOICE, THEN ITS ALSO YOUR LOAN YOUR DEBT.
  19. Oh boy, someone has got a lot of de-programming to do. I'll give it a shot. Good luck guys! The idea that democrats are for the poor and the Reps are for the rich IS and age old cliche...you probably first heard it from your grandfather. As well was I led to believe that from mine. I would have hoped that in 2022 you would have grown out of believing a fairy tale. The ruling class you are referring to pertains to the bankers, business executives, lawyers that you believe run the country. This remains a myth. At best it is only a theory. If Trump doesn't care about Christians and is only after their vote, so what? The Christians don't care so why should you? What Christians believe is that Trump is their best bet. What they care about is that he does and continues to support their agenda, regardless of his feelings. If you can say that Trump panders to Christians for their vote, then you can even more easily say that democrats for decades have pandered blacks for theirs..."I carry hot sauce in my purse all the time" - Hillary Clinton to a group of blacks. CEOS in your company making 6 figures is why your company exists and why you have a job. What is so hypocritical of you folks CEO salary shaming is that there is never a peep out of you over the obscene billions being paid to NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL players for playing games. I don't have a problem with it no more than I do with a CEO who actually works for a living. This is the effect of capitalism. Oh and lest we forget about the liberal TV talking heads being paid millions for spewing liberal propaganda and misinformation? Share some of that bounty with the cameraman or the janitor in the building.
